Looks like nute burn.

to much water it looks but hard to tell. have given it any thing other thatn water. that plants to young for nutes. that dirt could have some thing in it that it dont like. really need more info.

looks like overwatering

root probs.how much are you watering, maybe u are over doing it and now there are very little oxigen in soil.also if u are using nutes or started using, then you must have over dosaged the food mix.

I'm not sure about nute burn, most of the time their will me more discoloration. Have you been letting the soil dry out between watering? Looks like it's over watered to.
