Salt build up or boron def,i would get the plants in the bath and flush the fooook out of them with just bog standard water leave em on it till mediukm dry out then hit them with nutes again

Check the run of from the first flush i bet ya its of the scale ec wise
also make sure that the new batch of feed is around 6.0/6.5 and the ec
is around 1.4

Im going on that you are growing in soil rather than a hydro set up,take it has been autum in the room, the bottom leaves dieing of is natural just give them a hair cut remove them or they will give you more chance of getting pests

I get really confused about it being said lower leafs normally die off. Unless I'm having real issues, like OP's, most of my lower leaves generally are in good health for pretty much the whole grow until flowering. Could lower leaf issues be pointing to an issue as well, maybe say a mag. Deficiency just for instance.

Many elements are mobile so the plant takes from lower leaves and redistributes them to newer growth. I don't like to see lower fan leaves turning too early but near the end of the run I like to see them yellowing. It even happens over night. It's normal then to see plants ripening like that. It doesn't happen on all strains. I've had plants be green up until harvest.

I'm sure we can all agree that things are not normal with OP's plant lol. Not that I could ever tell what the issue is though. Took me two years to identify mag issues with my runs lol.

hey guys thanks for the help. i think the best thing to do is to flush it and go out and buy some yates thrive fertiliser. i have very limited resources being from New Zealand and also living in a small town doesn't help.

Sounds like really healthy plants and optimal conditions. I find if my plants are really, really happy... they won't even eat their early sets of leaves.

i have a feeling my PH levels are out of whack so I've grated some orange peels and scattered them on the soil. if in a couple more days it doesn't work i think ill flush and then start from scratch. and i feel that my buds are very small for 4 weeks into flower but i don't know this is my first grow so all this is all new for me.

Did they grow too close to your lights while you we're gone? Possibly light bleaching on top.

@Bugeye, i don't think its that at all because I've had my lights as close as 1-1.5 inches away and haven't had this problem. but I'm not sure if humidity can cause this because i don't have god ventilation in my closet and when i get back the humidity seems to be very very high. but i am still unsure whats going on.

I have said many times. PH meter, PH meter, PH METER!!! A successful grow can be done without one (I myself have done one this way,) but it becomes much harder when things are not going your way. Diagnosing issues without knowing the PH becomes very difficult. You could even figure out the issue and have lock-out and not even be able to fix it without first addressing the PH. Good luck and happy growing!

I would definitely flush the thing since it looks as though the plant may be locked up. After the flush I would foliar feed them and the leaves will get the green back. You may have too much nutrient build up which slows photosynthesis. Foliar feeding will feed the leaves till you flush the old nutrients out and let it dry. Flush it well. Try using onedrop of super thrive per gallon of water after you start fseeing the roots again. Best product of micro nutrients and covers you from bad viruses and deficiencies. Immune system of the plant definitely is stronger with the stuff. They sell it at walmart

thank you so much everyone, she is currently in her dark cycle i think if what i have done does not fix her the flush will commence at around 12pm tomorrow. and also i am on such a low budget and honestly the resources in my town are horrific like theres no choice i remember seeing yates thrive but apart from that i don't think theres any other top end brands here which sucks. it has been a couple hours since i gave her fert and the orange peels and i looked at her and the yellow seemed to be disapearing. so fingers crossed this works but i think i flush is needed and new ferts for flower.

I always foiler feed with epsom and plants love it but never heard of people using orange peels for PH down. I would think that could attract unwanted creatures, but like I said never heard good nor bad things. I use sulphuric acid (battery) in a pinch .
