My plant is drooping down what do you think

Sugar Daddy Super Thrive Supernatural for Veg
The water i am Putting in there is 6.5
the ppm is around 400
it is in Soil
The Light i am using is T5 Fluorescent tube
i have it about 20" from the Plant
it is 4 t5
it has a Really Strong Green color looks Healthy just kinda Saggy
also the Heat stays 70 at 78 the highest it goes and the Humidity is low like about 28%

i'd say get a humidifier the humidity should b no lower then 45 and ur light is 20inchs away..damn thats hella far away maybe move that closer to ur plant to and ur ph..get it at a 7.0

it is also in a 2 gallon. do you think it need more Room for the Roots?

Yeah, the T5's need to be really close at about 2"- 4" away from the tops. Easy on the nutes as that's a pretty young plant. I don't start feeding until about that size or a even a little bigger. Maybe it just looks smaller b/c it's drooping? How is the soil? Does it dry out in between waterings?
I grow in low humidity too. My room is typically 20% RH and goes up to 30% on humid days. I know it's easier to grow where it's in the 40-50% range as they don't use as much water but I've had no problems except when I cure. That's when I run a humidifier in the closet @ 50% RH.
