My plant dont seem to be doing anythink help plz

Right ok my plant was late showing its white hairs and now the white hairs are showing it dnt the buds dnt seem to be producing im using 3ml coco house and garden a and b and 1 ml a litre house and garden bud xl and 1 ml a litre of top booster does this seem to be enough my mate who has done grows dosent think its enough im using a dwc bubbler any help would be appreciated

That could be a lot of things~ you ought of gave a little more info!
How long have you flowering~
What type of lights and size~
How bout a pic if it don't show
nothing helpful they're still good to
rule out things!

Ok i was using a 600w mh with a lumatek ballast on super lumens wen she went ito flower i put a 400w hps and put the lumatek on 400 aswell i will try to post a pic on here if i can u want if of anyparticular part of the plant
