My Outdoor grow

oh btw folks... like 3 days ago, my plants had this kind of white powder on them...after searching ( +100 points for the search button) i came to a conclusion that it was powdery mildew? sorry if i wrote it wrong... so i saw that the easiest way to start dealing with this was skim milk mixed with water ... 1:9 .. so there i was in this spray bottle ... 100ml milk and 900ml water...so i went ahead and sprayed the plants early in the morning for the past 3 days...and there, in the picture you can see that its gone from a plant, and the other still has a tinyyy little bit on it...
so it seemed to work..the skim milk and water therapy...
