my new room design,any suggestions?

Last summer was brutal on me especially being a rookie,so I'm redesigning the room and hopefully be able to keep temps a bit more under control and have one bad-ass grow room.I have learned a lot from you guys over the last year and thank all of you for sharing your wisdom and tech.Now if I could get some opinions,suggestions,and even criticism on my design I would be forever thankful

Little circles are cobs 30 total 22@3000k 8@5000k
700 cfm exhaust fan
Downdraft evaporative cooler on roof
Average ceiling height 8'
I will be putting a scrog net the same pattern as lites
Will it work or am I way off the mark,the temps here in mid summer are well into the 100's,good ventilation is crucial

In paper it looks OK... Just need to do a test run and make sure u have enough ventilation..... I run Co2 and it allows my temp to run really close to 90° and I hardly get any stress signs.. I also live in the desert but I make sure I have maxfans cooling my room.
