Hi everyone. I just wanted to tell you about my set up. I am just growing for my wife and I. Just a few plants. I got my seeds through Nirvana. Let me start bu saying that they did a great job. Very stealthy and fast, and very healthy seeds. I got the Misty seeds. They said they were easy to grow. So we will see. I ordered a 400 watt HPS cool tube and got a fan for blowing air through the light. This was not cheap, about $450, but it is the biggest part of the investment. I bought a tool cabnent from Home Depot for about $100. It is called a Work Force. It is just the right size for what I want to do,L34.6"/W21.3"/H71". I figure 4 smaller plants will work, just flower early. I primed the inside and I am going to paint it white today. It is black when you get it. The back of it is thin rubber so it will be easy to cut the vent holes. I am putting the cabnent in the room where our air system and water heater are. The temp stays about 70 all year. Also the door locks so for security reasons this is good. I am really excited to see what I can grow. I am using soil from Fox Farm. I will keep you all informed.
