Just had to stop in and see the new forum..

Cool shop. I wish we could all hang out for coffee. Teleport machine would be nice

Well you fooled me, no body blowing glass and nobody drinking coffee watching you blow glass. LOL J/K

You do some nice work from I have seen.

I would really like to get involved in blowing glass, i am a welder, and would like to adapt my knowledge to becoming a gaffer. anyone do workshops ?

you already know 70% of what you need to know. all you have to do now is buy a torch and kiln. ;)

google "glass blowing" in your area. there are a lot of workshops out there.
 
Congrats on the new forum fdd. Glass is not my thing (I got one bowl lol) but I know there's a lot of work behind what you're doing.
