My MJ has small pox/Reddish Brown Spots.

Is this plant in veg or flower? How many weeks of flowering if applicable.
You state that you flushed the plant is their a reason why? or is the picture the reason why?
If the picture is the reason for flushing, has the problem area's continued to get worse or stay the same?
If the problem is getting worse I would bet on a possible Potassium deficiency. However if the plant doesn't appear to be getting worse I would just wait for the soil to dry out and continue feeding per your nutrients manufactures suggestions.
Also take a look at the sticky links in this forum as their are a few picture guides for diagnosing plant problems.

Your gonna need to give some info man, age of plant, lighting, temps, type of grow, type of water used, type and amount nutes, pH. The more info you can give us the better answer we can give you.

the plant is 6 weeks old. 1 week on 12/12.
i flushed due to the problem. and since soil flush, it appears that it has maybe gotten a lil darker red/brown. but maybe im just being paranoid. the spots since flush has not extended to any other leaves.
lighting is 9450 lumens of 2700k since itro to 12/12. bottled water (ph 6.8-7). and zero flowering nutes yet. only alll purpose ferts 24-8-16 every 3rd watering. my "room" is fairly dry due to lack of humidifier and live in dry climate. so the soil (which is a well drained medium) dries every other day. so i watered every other day until i swiched to 12/12. now that its 12/12 i water every 4 days. temp day 75-78. temp for night is 70-75 degrees. have not fed since spots arose to my attention

well man if you have tried the flush and no change i would put my bet on a def of either k or mg to solve the mg try watering with 2 tsp of epsome salt per gal and you can also add fine dolamite to the soil it adds mg and cal if you need to treat the k def use pot ash burnt wood ashes mixed with water also ph that stuff its like 10 and needs to be 6.8 ish or just use a heavy k nute hope it helps if not gave it my best shot http://www.ganjaguerrilla.net/index.htm

humidity in the range of 20-30% is ideal for flowering so its ok if its a little low at this point, what it looks like you have going on is a bit of a cal/mag possibly phosphorus deficiency your ferts are lacking in the P with the 24-8-16 you will want to start switching to the flower nutes soon something like a 12-30-10, epsom salt will help with the mag but not the calcium or phosphorus. but if you switched to bloom nutes and added in some epsom salt and maybe top dressed your soil with some crushed eggshells I think you would be good to go man. and get some pics up of the rest of her.

I boiled and peeled some eggs earlier this afternoon, for some munchies, and actually thought to my self as i was peeling them "I wonder if egg shell would help with cal def." Great Minds think alike lol
....I will get some pics up soon!!!!!! CUZ this morning ITS OFFICIALL I saw her titties!!!!!! My 2nd plant, first female....bubba kush too (bag seed tho, but I dont care. Im soooo stoked) hehehe.
I did add some epsom salt to my watering yesterday. Today I bought some bloom fertzs and B1 with secondary and micro nutes.
going to add those very slowly. No more "newbie over love" like i might have done...THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH DUDE. *firm hand shake*
