sounds great man what i wanna hear! the only reason people suggest that is because during that transition they are going to strech significantly (like you have witnesses first hand) and keeping those lights close during that time WILL keep the inter node distances closer and the stretching down I know the plants are going to grow up there very fast and thats y the light r high i do understand.

I have been thinking about trying bushmaster... you likey or?

and for everyone that thinks i am jealous im not and give marcellus props for doing his damn thing! great job man 4 real and let me know if you need a extra hand!!

the only thing i am jealous about is living in CA man i love it over there in sf but i live all te way on the east coast...weather and laws suck ass here you guys are so lucky...if I could find a job out there i would be gone in a second!
im a florida native! good looks on the east coast...

my lights are being cooled by 2 , 8inch vortex's (most silent inline fans on the market) thy are pushing like 776cfm's each one? i run my lights on at night time (8pm-8am) so i can use the weather to my advantage.. meaning i pull the 50 degree air from outside right into those hoods cooling them to the touch... those things are bad ass.....

as for lowering my lights, if i lowered them anymore my fuking plants would be sizzled right now... honestly i would never grow without using bushmaster... shit prevents stretching COMPLETELY because it avoids your plants from growing taller... i can guarentee your plants will yield more after using bushmaster...(it also brings your nodes closer together mwaning you dont have a bunch of little nugs , youlll have one huge compressed nug per budding spot.. sooo instead of having tons of little buds there will be less, but BIGGER nugs.

Bushmasters??? I have been wondering about it. I an organic grower, so I wonder if it is safe to use it? I love growing Haze and Sativa's. A plant taking 11-16 weeks to mature is beautiful in my eyes. But as we all know the stretch can be a dilemma .

we must have learned from the best then.. i am too a sativa lover, nothing founds me better then seeing these super lemon hazes grow, yes the bushmaster is indeed safe in organic grows! , too much would obviously bliss your plant with too many red hairs( too much phosphorus) ... but yes what you would do is this , feed 1ml/per gallon , flush with only water next day and the following day after that give it the same dose, too really expirement and see the effects on different strains /....(taller grwing plants like hazes and sativas need more) so for my super lemon hazes i gave them 4 doses and those suckers still havent slowed down!. im not going to give them anymore though. dont want any problems.... the blue dreams seamed to have taken the regular 2 doses fine though..

I love SLH and have 2 in bloom, soon harvest (4 weeks left), and I have 2 seedlings up and growing, those I would like to control. I am going to use the 4 top method then fim x2. After all that I will still need to control the 2-3 week stretch. I am thinking I might try the Bush masters at 5ml per gallon one time, but give them 3-4 kelp foliar sprays in veg then into flower room with 5ml BM.

your going to give them 5ml per gallon?? thats crazy, especially in soil,,... i know that people in mendo did add 4ml per gallon but flushed them 6 hours after doing so(it talks about it in the back of the bottle_)... all im saying is watchout with it ;) dont add too much because it says to add only 1ml per gallon

I looked it up on a few sites and I was reading where they where giving 10-15ml per gallon. I want to make it a one time per plant. I will keep on the research and ask around. I still have 2 weeks before it's needed.
Bottle says 1 ml per gallon?

HOLY SHIT 10-15 ML / gal????? thats fucking crazy. i would highly recommend not doing that ESPECIALLY IN SOIL.. make sure there not talking about a hydro set up... the soil retains the phosphorus alot more so it stays in the soil longer.... why make it a one time thing?? is there somethingn or a trick to it i dont know about ? hahaaa because everyone i know even the back of the bottle says use only 1ml/gal... and it clearly states in BOLD letters ..."do not use more than directed".... i dont like fucking with that type of stuff because you add a little too much and bam.. there goes acouple pounds to AN INFESTATION of dark red hairs

MW, after reading through your post's concerning bushmaster I did some research & realized it might be something that could definitly enhance an organic setup.
Could you please give me a thumbnail on your timeline/dosage of bushmaster? After looking around I see that (soluble) kelp powder is also encouraged when using the bushmaster (so of course I had to get some of that too).
I've not had any exposure to these products & would appreciate any input you might have.
Thanks. GWN

Ps, what is meant by the "Red hair infestation" reference?

Sorry I hvent been around , had a hectic weekend ! .

the red hair infestation is this .. phosphorus which is the main thing in bushamaster that stunts your plants growth if added too much will turn your hairs really really red . and a whole lota them .. you'll start seeing red hairs before weeks 4-5 and your nug just comes out hairy.. but obviously if you put the right ammount you'll reap the benefits!
