My Little Strategy-Smaill, Discreet Plants

I live in southern Mass. I like to grow just a few plants, maybe 1 or 2 to supply my weekend head. I have to be discreet. This year, I grew Lo Rider. I bought the seeds on line somewhere and it was well worth it. The seeds came in an unsuspecting envelope. And Lo Rider only grow about 14 inches or so.

I started them in the first week of July in my garden. That's right, in July. Not April or May or anything. Lo Rider only needs 8 weeks to finish anyway, so July and August (and Sept if need be) is plenty of time and it minimizes my risk. Shorter growing season = less risk. After a few weeks of growth i moved them off to the side yard to finish their growing for the remainder of the season--out of sight-i don't need family members (or worse) seeing them.

Now my two plants are skunky smelling and full of buds. I have to get a magnifying glass to see when to harvest. Soon, I hope. Then the fun begins, or shall I say, the fun continues.
