I have not used any of the cactus to trip yet but I do enjoy LSd and mushrooms. I am an avid gardener so once I got my first san pedro, I made a cutting annd purchased two larger ones as well. Figured you guys might enjoy checking them out. I will update pics but obviously they grow slow so updates will be spaced out a bit :)

cactus on far left obv isnt a san pedro. just another in my collection

they need more light, thats the reason they are so skinny, other wise nice!!!!

unless the skinny picture are old and the fat one are how they look now..

the ones that are skinnier are just much younger and less mature. the skinniest (one on far right) is a rooted cutting from the one in middle. It hasn't gained girth since rooting but it seems healthy. I give them as much light as possible but I admit they probably don't get as much direct light as they would ideally suck up.

Thank you for your input my friend :) always appreciated to hear from others to improve my cacti. In the next month they will be coming in for the winter and will be under artificiaal lighting. Should get more light that way and hopefully fatten.

thank you for the picture info.... this is how I always posted in other forums. Will download n figure out the program in a minute :) seems simple enough

the two in the first pic I have had for 3 months and obviously they were bought as mature cacti. The shorter is roughly 26 inches tall and larger one is roughly 36 inches tall. The smaller two are both rooted cutting. the taller (roughly 32 inches tall) was rooted about 3 years ago when it was about 10 inches tall. The one on the far right is a cutting taken from the center plant. it was rooted roughly 1 year ago and is about 16 inches tall.

these guys grow up to a foot per year....blows the buttons away as far as growth rate but the Mescaline content is lesser in the pedros. so its a big tradeoff... take more plant material to get the same amount of mescaline but has much faster growth rate :)

I'd love to grow buttons but I just don't have the connects and they are quite tough to acquire in my area.

There are some entheogen vendors with Peyote seed.. but so I understand, they can take 10 - 15 years until they are ready to harvest.

Pereskiopsis is a good cactus to graft onto. I got quite a tall one I still want to cut up in shorter pieces and reroot as soon as it gets a bit warmer. (First year it didn't loose its leaves for winter). Yes, its a cactus with leaves.
I would say those babes of yours would love more sunlight. I find that as the sun moves during the seasons one has to keep moveing your pots to prevent them growing skinny. Best bet is dead squat center in a nice open area where the sun can bake them all day long.

you can graft peyote to faster growing plants then they'll grow somewhat faster.
I haven't tried grafting cacti before but I'd need to get my hands on buttons to graft onto something anyway. Do you or anyone else know how long it'd take from seed to get buttons large enough to graft?

did u grow that from seeds or cutting?
they are all from cuttings. the two skinnier ones i rooted myself whereas the two thicker ones were purchased already rooted and ready to go :)

I literally don't have a single spot in my yard that gets full sun due to all the trees and shrubs :p thats the price pay for having a nice full yard haha.

I put them to sleep for 3 months. Unfotunatly I cant find a dark enough space. Any little amount of light and they etoliate. Your Look Perfect. Mine all started from 1 about 6 years ago and they are deformed as shit from etoliation. if you look in the tall grass you can see a couple more. They have touched the ground and are growing out of the groud where they touched. Those will be rabbit food this year
