My interesting set-up, original, but lots of ???

Hi all here is my idea of my grow room set up. I'm currently waiting to move out in about a month or two till I set it up. Tell me what you think.
6x7x8 closed in box Let me explain,
I will have CO2 running so I want the air to only be exchanged for 10min out of the hour. Is that enough time to refresh?
So, I will bring in fresh air from out side my box (bedroom air) into my box with a 4" inline. Then have a 6" inline fan attached to carbon filter for exhaust. Both will run the first 10 min of the hour. I am making the exhaust fan bigger becuz the carbon filter will bring down the cfm of the fan so I got the 6" to compensate. Is this a good idea? Should I make the inline fan 6" as well?
Smell and heat are my too biggest concerns so, I will have a 6" inline fan sucking air from outside the box (bedroom air) through the light and out the box. Should I exhaust the bulb heat to the attic or is it ok just to keep in the A/C controlled bedroom?
PLUS just to be safe, which is most important! I will have a 6" inline hooked up to ANOTHER carbon filter running 24/7 inside the box. This way the CO2 will still be circulating inside the box, (cuz i'm pretty sure carbon filters don't filter out CO2?) but the smell will be gone, plus just incase my exhaust will still have a filter on it to make sure the smell is all gone during the 10min of air exchange.
Sorry this long but wanted to make sure everything is as good as I can get.
BTW I'm doing aeroponics w/ 1000w digi ballast cooltube on light mover plus 8bulb T5 as side lighting.
HOW DOES THIS ALL SOUND???

Cool, I have some questions in the midst of all those words that I wrote. Can anyone answer them just so I have the piece of mind?

1. I have no idea if you will have enough air exchange to cool the setup, Although it is large so it has that going for it for making it easier to deal with the heat. No one will know until you build it really, but you sound smart you will make it work.

2. You have A/C I personally found that a closed grow area pulling air from an air conditioned area still overheated or that I had to keep the room way to cold to keep the grow area reasonable. So I ducted half the a/c into the grow area. You may or may ont have that problem but I personally doubt 10 minutes will be sufficient time for those fans to run I bet you run them 24/7 or at least the entire time your lights are on.

3. I have no idea if the carbon filter will filter co2 or not, might want to read up. I agree with your logic but what if carbon actually grabs other carbon particles and it actually does take it out of the air :D Sorry bro no good advice.

4. I want a digi ballast and 1000w light. I'm jealous.

5. I read great things about aeroponics, even that it can grow faster than the other hydro methods. I was still pulled towards ebb and flow but I support all hydro choices since I don't like dirty hands lol. Seriously though I hear you need to really stay on top of water level, ph, ppm/ec/tds, o2 generation in that water. Keep on top of those and you will be flying high!

*note please don't fly high ;)

Sounds great all in all bud my only concern for you is the heat / cooling, I have no advice but mylar or flat white area, and make sure you keep the temp reasonable it is a problem when ever you have hot lights in a sealed area.

Thanks luckyshot. That was what I was looking for. I'm thinking about getting this Secret Jardin DR150. I have a 4'x4' aeroponic system that I think will fit in there nice. But it's $300, a good investment instead of lugging around all my 2x4's. Also it breaks down in like 10 min. I have another idea as well if I can afford it later on. I will put a 6" inline fan on one side of the light > blowing air on the bulb > then another 6" inline fan on the other side of the light > sucking air out of the bulb. I think if I double the fans instead of just getting one 10" or 12" inline fan it will be much better. And the light should be icecold if I vent up to the attic. Sound good? Damn I gotta start saving up. Also I have a T5 light fixture that i think I'll put in there as side lighting as well.

Oh ya and about the temps. I will be using CO2 in my grow the whole way through. Expect for in the last few weeks of flowering. (which I heard is bad) is there any truth to not using CO2 in the last weeks?

I'll start a journal if this ever gets to go down. All my shit is just sitting in a storage unit waiting for me to find a place to move. Any ideas? ha take care.

Sorry *about the temps. I don't mind if the temps are high 85-90F cuz that is best temp for the plants to use the CO2....correct? Can I get a 2nd on that?

well with a 1000watt HPS in that size of a space, you'll still have issues with getting your temps down to 85-90. Maybe a cool tube would help

Figure out a way to have air moving constantly through that air cooled 1000 or 10 min an hour wont cut it

No, I have a cooltube w/ fans used only for the cool tube going the whole time the lights are on. Plus I have intake and exhaust that are only on for 10min of the hour so that the CO2 stays in the air for 50min. plus a 24/7 carbon filter for the smell 24 hours of the day. I think it's going to be a masterful set up. DOES ANYBODY KNOW IF CO2 SOME MAGICAL WAY GETS FILTERED THROUGH A CARBON FILTER??? If carbon is just for smell then I don't think that it can change CO2 into oxygen haha right?

1000 watt lights generate a lot of heat. even if you are exhausting the warm air from a cooltube outside of your grow tent, you will still need to ventilate your tent heavily. in other words, i think you'll find that 10 minutes isn't going to be able to keep your temps down below 90 in that 5x5x7 space (rounded up).

I have a cooltube with a 600 watt hps. even with a separate fan for the light, i still have to ventilate the grow tent (which is 3.5 x 3.5 x 6.5) 24/7. i think you are underestimating the amount of heat you will be dealing with in that secret jardin. i might be wrong, and you might not have an issue, but those tents are really good at holding in heat. i would say it's extremely unlikely that you will be able to get away with only venting 10 minutes every hour without frying your plants.

Carbon filter is cool with the co2, I run 6 1000watts in one or my rooms with co2 and it stays at 1500ppms. My system is enclosed and bring air to the room by running a 16,000 btu AC unit. I run the biggest scrubber with a 12 inch fan
