I have great airflow rn, but today my humidity just started going up, and it is concerning me. Its usually around (45-48) percent, and now its at 52 percent and climbing. I have my window open rn, and my temp is at 77 F I have one small fan in the tent itself, and a ceiling fan close by going etc. My plants are in a grow tent http://www.htgsupply.com/Product-HTG-250w--Small-Grow-Tent-Kit.asp Should I invest in a small dehumidifier? Put my window down? I am on day 11 with my plants, they are Purple Kush Auto. I am using 250hps for my two plants I have not watered in 4 days. I am going to water, and feed them today. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks!!!!!!!:smile::smile::peace::peace:

MY soil is FFOF in 3 gallon pots. At the beginning, I know I was over watering. I know now, to go by weight, and you just want a lil runoff. I put my finger 2" inches down into the soil to check for dampness as well. I have not watered since I transplanted them Sunday night. I was going to water, and feed them today. Thanks!!!! I always test my ph before watering and I make it 6.5, but today I am going to ph the runoff and see if my soil is fucked, or not.

Why do people try to feed seedlings right off the bat? Its so tiny it doesnt need much for nutrients and since your soil has nutes in it already.. you dont need to feed yet. and 52% humidity isnt shit.. I have not used a temp or ph or humidity gauge in the last 13 years of growing white widow indoors with miracle grow dirt and using GH floradua and floramicro.. Goodluck to the OP :bigjoint: .

ya might want to invest in a $20 on a ph kit and hydrometer..who knows maybe you can increase your yeilds..if even by just a few grams per grow it would be worth it :)

Hey my humidity goes up to 70 % sometimes, how bad is that?
I still havent got my exhaust fan or reflector so the heat could be raising the humidity up, i have to open the door of the tent (2x2x5.3) and have a perforated sheet on it to keep the heat down with 3 fans inside
please see attachments for pictures
you could look at my leaves, the tips of the red poison have little white tips and on the Super Skunk there are like white spots or shades of white powder. I was misting them before daily using tap water. (also waiting on a ppm meter so cant tell if it is bad). I read that it could be Pwedery Mold and I want to make sure.
I've stopped misting as well and am only misting before I wake them up.

What I might have done wrong:
I was misting them with nutrient water as I thought once the first and second set of leaves emerged it would be ok (then I read I have to wait like 3 weeks, currently the Super skunk is on nutes the rest are on tap water).
the soil I have kinda smells weird so I'm not too sure if it is good but the super skunk looks pretty healthy.

sorry for the long post
