my grow.

hey folks. i have 4 auto strain seedlings started in 5 gal airpots. i know its not ideal to plant seeds in their final pot but I've also heard that its best not to transplant autos. that said how much should i water? I've read not to drench but just water a small ring around the seedling. anyone with experience growing in larger pots from seed? they're about 2in. now and are dark green and healthy looking. so far. thanks in advance!

Yes sir, a tiny ring and about 4 oz. water... give it two days, repeat... got to 6 oz. after about 3 weeks... make it go to three days, maybe four between waterings for month er so.....
In that size pot they will need 2 gal. when it gets bigger - maybe more....

healthy to make it want water rather than soaking it all the time....

I'm growing in coir and perlite. been watering with light cal/mag water only. just added a tiny amount of grower , micro nutes and great white to water. should i stagger waterings with pure water or give nutes all the time at this stage?
