My grow

Hi everyone, i am starting this thread to get some feed back and to basically learn some more about growing. The room is 4 feet high and about for 4 feet wide. Six of the plants are mine and the other three i am watching for a friend till he gets back from a trip. I have two 150 watt and four 120 watt CFL bulbs under each plant. My friends plants have 100 watt bulbs over each plant. I started the grow a while backfrom some seeds i had from a bag of mids. I dont know agsacly how long ago i started, but i would say about two weeks ago. The lightsare on 18/6 and i have been useing a spray bottle of tap water. I water them when ever i check on them and the top surface is dry, i then spray it a couple times. Please give me some feed back or any changes i should make. Sorry for poor quality pictures
