Hey,
just found a problem with my plants, a friend just came round and spotted something out to me which i'd over looked...

It seems as if I have the same thing you might have. I told him to grab one of the leaves out to show me what he was on about and sure enough, a problem!!
He turned the leaf over and showed me the cause of the problem...
Little F**kin things munchin' away the green outta my leaves!! They're real tiny and almost see through.Seem to be on the underside of my leaves.

It may not be the same problem, but check non the less..... =/ Hope this helps.

Time to find out how to kill all these lil' munchers!

Still has the funky shit on the leaves going on. I'm not sure what it is but I have fed her quite a few times. Maybe I should bump it up a little now. But I feed her with water bottles. So I'm not really sure how much nutes to add. I just put like a drop lol.

Temps in the 90's ahhh! After I put in 2 extra lights I just can't seem to get my temps down. I have one fan in there but I suppose I will have to pick up another. Eventually I will run out of room in my little grow box. Oh dear.

Also I have a question. I have four 23W CFLs in there right now and I have a 45W CFL with a warm spectrum that I am going to add during flowering and replace one of the CFLs. Will this be enough to flower?

It looks great! I started with CFL's. That will be enough to flower one plant as long as you're realistic about your expected yield.

What are you feeding it? I wouldn't trim any growth as has been mentioned. Those could potentially develop into some very nice branches which will hopefully stretch and seeking some light when you induce flowering.

Is there any way to lower the temp in the grow area? Can you leave the closet door open?

If not, try and open it several times per day to exchange the air and lower the temps. If you are completely shutting the door, you're going to have a hard time lowering the temps without reducing light unless you can drill a hole somewhere

Thanks for replying! I just cut a hole in my grow box and put a mini fan on top instead of having it inside. Hopefully it will pull cool air through the top and push it out the holes I have cut in the bottom. I'm not great with this kind of stuff so please tell me if I am idiot LOL! (Actually just checked on the temp and it's back to 85. So it worked!) I do open the lid and closet door SEVERAL times a day to let fresh air in. I even open my window for about 20 minutes every night and let fresh air come in my room. I am pretty realistic about my expected yield. I don't plan to get much at all really :P maybe a small bud or two but it's been so fun throughout the experience and no matter what the outcome is I can't wait to see how it turns out.

Here she is today:

Looking good! You are certainly not an idiot, and I am glad it has worked.

Remember though, hot air rises and cold air sinks. So the best bet is drawing air into the grow area at the bottom (because it's cooler) and exhausting it out the top. But if you have found something else that is working for you then great. I just try not to go over 82f, but at 85f you shouldn't have too many issues. My only concern is that the buds become more "airy" as you increase the temperature into the upper eighties which you don't want.

I have grown some rock hard nuggs with CFL's that got me quite stoned and the genetics were wayyyy inferior to Ww. We will have to see how big you get her before she flowers, which will depend upon how much room you have to grow in.

She will stretch once she moves into flower, gaining 1.5-2.5 times her vegged height (for Ww, expect a good stretch, most are sativa dom).

With CFL's remember you can keep the light extremely close to the plants, almost touching, without burning. If you have time to check it often and a system to easily raise/lower the lights, this can really be an asset. In veg, it reduces stretch and keep the distance between the nodes short, and in flower it will increase the yield :joint:

Oh yeah, you didn't mention what you are feeding it?

How dare you not provide me the information I requested!

Are you sure the thing you are looking to ID on the leaf isn't a little more light burn??

How often are you feeding them, and how much GB are you using? I have lots of experience with FFOF and Fox Farm nutes....got some big babes growing with all that in the other room. :joint:

I like to use the Big Bloom + Grow Big in veg, with Big Bloom + Tiger Bloom being what I use in flower. If it's not burn, it could be a very slight phosphorus def. but I really wouldn't be concerned with that one spot if I were you.

Also, try and get a nice healthy drop in temperature at night. 15-20 degrees F if you can manage it. Don't freeze yourself though ;)

EDIT: Sorry to hear about your accident when you were young. Nice pictures, BTW. You're sure easy on the eyes.

Awwhh thanks :)) Grow big was all I could afford at the moment. And idk what's up with the spots. I water her with two and a half water bottles and I only put a couple drops in one of them. I am scared I will put too much, :((
