My girls are looking like death.

I am in 5 gal. Organic soil. King spectrum 100 and another led. Growing indoors. Feed general hyponics nutes about once a week. Tried Epsom salt 2 days ago, because I was told it looked like a magnesium issue. So it really didn't help which leads me to why I came here. Hoping that someone could please tell me why I leaves are dry turning brown and dying. Before it's too late. Thanks in advance for your help and time.

Burnt slap to hell, as usual.

Way too many nutrients. Chunk the plant and start over...and STOP FEEDING IT SO MUCH. You're in soil, not hydroponics for crying out loud.

Agree, way too much nutes and your PH has also probably taken a blow due to excess salts.
I have always grown in soil and i only started veg nutes after 4 weeks, and added them only every other watering - Then i flush before starting flowering nutes, also only every other watering.

Soil has got most of what your plants need, especially if you added stuff like worm castings, moss, choir, organic fertilizer - Only use nutes when you are sure that it is indeed a deficiency. Less is always better than too much cause you can recover!
