i got a 400 watt mh from a friend of mine. this is what it looked like:View attachment 1295328View attachment 1295329 it got my closet HOT fast, like raised it 15-20 degrees in like 30 minutes. so i desided to make it a cool air hood, and did this to it:View attachment 1295338View attachment 1295339now it looks like this set up:112900_1339[00].jpg112900_1339[01].jpg now i just have to make either a hole in the wall to exhaust the air out, or put a hole in the bottom of the closet door for exhaust.

there is no leaks in my sink at all. water lines are to the side and dont leak. the power cord that hooked to the fan are off the bottom of under the sink. there is no shower in my bathroom. i have a 1/2 bathroom. yes my name is redrum and i even have it tattooed a cross my fingers. when i get a 4 inch fan it will be put in the middle of the vent hose in my closet not under the sink. i have to order a 4inch inline fan. not sure how many cfm i need to keep the closet cool tho. cant be buying 20 fans to find the right one. my closet is about 85 cubic feet.

This may be a pointless comment, but is the gap between the wall and the fan sealed cause you may wanna seal it so if mold was to get in the bathroom it may not spread to the room. Couldn't tell if it was from the picture up there. Liked the hood though way to work with what ya got.

its kinda ugly but it works a little i guess. the temp is down a little bit more but still about 80. i think i may have to take another tote and shelf out from under my plants. no the hole around the tube isnt sealed yet. i didnt think much of what to use to seal it with. i kept the 2 round pieces i cut out, so i can patch the holes back up later. i stopped at walmart and grabbed a couple this to make it alot easyer to raise and lower my light.
