My Flowering Critical Jack-7 weeks. How Much Longer??

Glad to hear you enjoyed it. Looks nice! Mine just doesn't have anywhere near that many leaves. How long did you veg?

I planted Oct. 19 and flipped the lights on Thanksgiving, so about 6 weeks.

wow! i see you said you just started to trim. are the veg leaves all trimmed, or are the buds are really just that swollen!?

The fan leaves are all trimmed off except for any leaves that have trichomes on them. I meticulously then cut all of those off and dry them separately to make dry ice hash from them. For 4 plants I can usually get an oz of dry hash from doing this :-P

I'm not sure if kindnug is also referencing my picture but I had direct sunlight on my plant when I took that picture so all the pistils still look white and immature, but that was not the case.

Well I'm coming up on 10 weeks now and I'm still getting new growth. This definitely isn't an 8/9 week finisher. The main Cola is forearm sized and constantly putting out new white hairs. I'm guessing I have at least 2 weeks from now. This is looking more like an 85-90 day finishing pheno. I'm seeing mostly cloudy trichs but new clear ones appear daily. The calyx still aren't swelling and swallowing the hairs. Bright side is that she'll fatten up more.

sometimes when the plant doesnt have great conditions, itll take a bit longer, or you could just have your dates mixed up.

Are you serious? The conditions are great and it's all written down in my journal so the dates are exact. Quit posting just to post. Anyone have a longer flowering pheno of Critical Jack? Experienced growers input welcome.

It's a delicious seeds critical Jack and on attitude it says 8 weeks. My pheno is obviously much longer. I'm just wondering of anyone has experience with it. She looks so yummy each day but isn't swelling over the hairs. I've got her under a 1k hps and 300w LED in soil and using fox farm 3 part.

i know, i asked for a macro earlier, i love haze lolol!!

you should get a cheap ass digital camera if you cant get your 1.3 to focus :p

10 weeks this Friday from the 12/12 flip.
Personally, if she was my plant, I would count it at 9 weeks, but again, heavy Sativa like that, you're looking good.
Just think how much she'll pack on in the next couple weeks.
11-12 weeks isn't out of the ordinary for a heavy Sativa like that.
Be patient man.;-)
I know, the last month is the shits, but in the end......... It's all worth the wait.

I agree bakatare on the 12 week window. She should have a leg sized cola when it swells. I can't wait! You say mine looks good for a sativa? Why do you say that? I'm still learning myself but I'm definitely happy with my results so far. My next group is about 2 weeks old and they should be even better than CJ that's flowering. I can't wait!

First off, she is making the heavy Sativa dom. plant that I did outdoors late last year look like shit, she is bigger than my Indica/ Sativa mix from bagseed that I am at about 8 weeks from flip, and if you look around at some pics, you're right up there, not tiny, or 'behind' by general averages.
All your leaves look healthy, the plant just looks 'happy'.

Knocking on wood....she's been very easy to grow and tolerant of nutes and my lack of experience with nutes. It's crazy to think how much she's grown. She was less than 8 inches when I flipped to 12/12. I'm glad to hear you say those things bakatare. Now I know it isn't my personal bias that makes me think she's looking so good. I could have a much larger plant but I cut 10 clones, or so, right after she stretched. That could also be the reason that it's doing so well.
