My flower times are shorter?

We've been growing the same dozen or so strains for about 1 1/2 years now and harvest at the first signs of amber. This typically had ended up being day 60-65 of flower. We transitioned from an a barely amended soil fed organic bottled nutrients to a heavily amended organic living soil given water only. The only other change has been the addition of a once weekly foliar of neem oil, but thats only for veg and the first 3 weeks of flower. We are NOT using malted barley as of yet and there haven't been any changes in lighting, temp or humidity in the grow.
Since making those changes, our most recent 3 harvests have all finished early, at 53-57 days. We're still using the same trichome criteria to determine when we harvest and i cant see any i'll effects to go along with the early finish.
Obviously I'm not going to look a gift horse in the mouth, but i've done some searching and havent found anything to indicate that this is a result of the changes I've made. I'm curious if anyone else here has ever experienced an unexplained shortening of flower time like this or know of anything that might account for it?

Edit: I thought of one other change, though i don't think it has anything to do with the end result. I've stopped adjusting, or even checking my pH
