Well, I'm finally a proud pappa. I have 4 gorgeous little girls (and one not-so-gorgeous little girl); all from Nirvana feminized seeds. See below. The one on the back left is an AK-48, and the other 4 are Northern Lights. This is my second grow (my first ended horribly, when all my seedlings died due to over-watering; live and learn).
The first pic shows all 5 girls. The second pic is a closeup of the AK-48. The third pic is a closeup of a very spindly Northern Lights plant (the one on the front right). She was fed and lighted the same as all others, but she is very spindly. And one of her sisters died a horrible death, due to brown and curling leaves, even though she was fed and lighted the same as all others. The variance in genetics, even among seeds from the same pack, surprised me.
Oh well, wish me luck. I may do something stupid that kills them all tomorrow. I hope not.
I re-planted them today in straight FoxFarm Ocean Forrest (they were in 3" rockwool cubes). They shouldn't need anything but pure water for about 3 weeks, if I understand it correctly.
Thanks to everyone here who helped me get this far. I feel blessed.
