My First Outdoor Plants, Help Appreciated

I have two mature female plants, about 3-4 weeks before harvest if my judgement is correct. I have a few photos, now remember I recieved these plants in a mature state. I have been taking care of them for about 2 weeks. I have been giving them Bat Guano, because of the yellowish stem-leaves. One plant, is 6 ft. tall, and the other is maybe about 4 ft. tall. The 4 ft. plant is more mature as well, about a week or two more mature. That is all of the information I know so far about these specific plants. It rained this morning, so if you do notice any water drops on the leaves, that is why. I moved them as quickly as I could at 5:45 a.m. Any insight would greatly be appreciated. Both smell very danky.

You have some nice looking plants. The crystals look good. Keep up what you are doing and soon you will be rewarded with some solid buds. Make sure you don't get spider mites that could ruin your entire crop. Do you have something for that?

Hubby built me a rain guard since the weather is so unpredictable in the pacificnorthwest. A sheet of extruded plastic from Lowe's 8 ft. long. It's on hinges and eye hooks. We can put it up or take it down in just a few minutes. Don't want those nasty rain drops to melt your goodies away.

Hey, what's wrong with a little rain?? Mine's out in the garden and the few times it's rained here (it's a dry heat) it doesn't seem to have ruined anything. I have a resident few praying mantises and they seem to keep the pest situation well in hand. God I wish I knew how long before I can harvest this damn thing.

In the Pacific Northwest nature dictates when it's time to harvest.

Using your magifying glass look at your buds. See the things that look like blobs? You want them change to milky white color but before they become amber/brown.

So, you guys know for a fact that rain will not reduce the potency of the THC? If so, then I have nothing to worry about.

rain wont effect it at all. as long as they dont stayt saturated. but then youre at risk for bud rot. just make sure to shake them off after a good rain to lose the escess moisture on the leaves and buds.

Just a quick question, what does yellow leaves mean? Nitrogen deficiency? I assume so, I recieved these plants mature, I have only had them for about 23 days. Their still living, but I noticed on the 6 footer more and more leaves are turning a yellowish green. The yellow is getting pretty close to the bud branches as well. The bud leaves are starting droop down a little bit, but no yellow. Since I have had these plants I fed them Bat Guano twice. It is just a food problem? Any help is appreciated.

I would say at this stage of flowering that the mainstem fan leaves will normally turn yellow. The plant is using up its resources. It's the secondary leaves that are doing the work now. And bat guano is Phosphorous I believe. Maybe there's some N too, but feeding your plants N now won't help. FWIW too much N during flowering can cause overly leafy buds.

HTH

Okay, so at this stage I should just stop feeding them? I've only fed them Bat Guano twice (Bat Guano Tea), I water them whenever the soil appears to be dry (dig my finger about an inch deep to check moisture of soil). That's all i've been doing with these plants. Their maybe getting 8-10 hours of sun each day. Which sucks, I know.

Peace and Love.

That all sounds good. and 10 hours of sun a day is great! You'll be rewarded with some yummy buds. :weed:

it's completely normal..all the plants energy is going into the buds now..
the fan leaves turn yellow and then die..
do not feed nitrogen now..get yourself some good bloom food..something like 1/5/5..
