My first outdoor grow JOURNAL

Hello, this is my first outdoor grow, and as you can see in the pics (the scraggly looking plant) I am also attempting at regenerating a plant (First grow.....made mistakes). I grew it under a couple of 2700k cfl's for vegetation and a so-called "expert" told me it was a male so I said screw it and started flowering early and found out it was a healthy female so I only got about an eighth dried in the end. (used the sun a lot for the budding so they were nice compact little buds) It's probably been a month since I snipped off the buds and started setting it outside in the long summer days. The leaves have been turning brown as they are growing and it's a little worrying.

As for the other plants I found both of them in my Garden (mustve threw em in there just to see). As you can see they're both pretty healthy and im using LST to get more top buds. I have em pots cuz we get some crazy weather up here in Montana.



Oh and I have a 60-100x microscope and took that pic of the trichomes of my bud with my phone.

Yah I hope at least one of my new plants is a female, both would be nice too. I am also germinaplating a lowlife auto blueberry that I received a couple weeks ago. I got 5 feminized seeds and couldn't wait til next year to try one out!

OK so I finally have an update!

So how much do you guys think my purple girl will yield?? The pot I have it in isn't very big because I got it from a friend in haggard condition and did not expect much from it (*slaps self for not putting in bigger pot*). I Also feed it some bloom nutes every 3 weeks.

And how much do you think my regenerated girl will yield?? It hat s started getting flowers on the tops and is in a decent size pot. I'm excited to see what happens! (I will have updated photos soon!) It was some really good smoke, nice dense buds. I'm just not too sure about the strength of the branches if it starts packin on weight!

Hey man, I saw your thread and couldn't leave you hangin lol. Looks like a nice modest little grow there. I really like they way the leaves and their color look. They're flawless... no insect bites of anything... I also see you tied down that one plant, i really like that idea, did it slow the growth at all, n e problems?

Oh and the little one, i think you could juice a few grams..

Ya a lot of the lower leaves have been feasted on though! The gnats also love the buds and I have to pick them out! (Advice anyone???). I have done a lot of LST on that plant (In fact I started out growing it in a circle, but decided to just let it go, then tied down the little branches to let it fill in a little more). There was no problems at all and I really didn't pay all that much attention to it! (It seems like its growth has been really fast tho!)

I have to get updated pics too, she's really turnin purple! (And beautiful)

Oh and that little one isn't so litle anymore!!!, that's the one in the bottom pic!

I have some eye candy for you!

The first pics are of my purple plant! She is doing very well and is finally developing thc! And it seems the stems just keep getting darker purple as time goes by. I can't wait to see what she looks like in the end! Does anyone have an estimate on what my yield will be?? And is this plant indica dominant? or sativa? I have been wondering.

The one in the last photo is the regenerated plant its looking good! She's in full flower. I have a question though. As you can see those two little branches on the bottom randomly started drooping and never really undrooped so I cut them off. Anyone have an idea what the cause of this was? Did I do the right thing?

I have an automatic blueberry thats about 3 weeks old and just started flowering! Which is pretty awesome. I am planning on buying a 150w hps soon just in case the weather doesn't play in my favor near the end of flowering. I live in Montana and the first freeze last year was in august . Tell me what you guys think!

P.S. I will start a new thread once I have some good bud shots to post.

P.S. Attitude seed bank kinda sucks, got 5 blueberry auto FEMINIZED seeds and one seed didn't germ......one died for no reason....and one turned male on me!!! (it showed very soon though) So this is the last one I have. Plus I have one more seed I will start once I get a light.

If I read the rules of the forum correctly, there should be a discussion thread for this journal, in order for us to discuss what is contained within. This is supposed to be just the journal. Either way, my advice is to add 1 teaspoon of molasses per gallon of water and start watering with that over other time, or every 3rd time... or even every time. Apparently your plants will love it. Don't give up hope. I'd smoke your bud.

Thanks for the comment! I'm pretty sure it's alright to discuss in the journal? The other threads have pages and pages of comment! Anyone else have input on this?

And I have been giving them flowering nutes: Morbloom 0-10-10 I think it has ingredients derived from molasses actually. But thank you for the advice non-the-less! I have been thinking about going to the store to buy some but haven't got around to it. How much is it for molasses?
