My first order from Attitude seedbank (and more then likely my last) Review!!!

  • Hello Everyone! Its been a long time, but I wanted to share my recent experience with Attitude.

    This was my first order from attitude, but I had heard many great reviews about them so I wasn't worried. They didn't take long to get here (mid-west) just a little under 2 weeks. But when I opened them up I noticed that all of my free seeds were crushed. So I emailed them and they actually wanted me to ship them back to them! When I told them that I wasn't comfortable with that they asked me to take some pics of them, So I did. Then they emailed me back saying that they would just add them to my next order! (I don't plan on needing to order seeds again for a long time) And when I explained that too them I never received a return email! That was 6 days ago!! That is not good customer service in my book!

    And when it came to the stealth shipping I wouldn't call it "stealth" since the seeds were barely hidden at all and there were 6 pictures of Critical mass (all the exact same picture) just thrown in there with it not hidden at all!

    Sorry about the bad review all of you attitude fans out there, But I wanted to fill all of you in on my experience. I wish it was better as I had been looking forward to ordering from them for a long time now.    ​
 
attitude is just shit. real shit i mean as shit as shit can get. especially laura from the attitude she's a cow and i mean a fat cow as fat as you can get a fat cow before it dies of a heart attack. i cant stress it enough . their shit . the quantity i shit every day is 1 million times less than how much shit the attitude is in one day .
 
Yup same here man I'm done with that false advertisement site all my g13 pineapp express seeds were as small as a grain of mustard not one tiger striped and too boot not one popped also the freebie was crushed and all my beans were soooooo pre mature I told all my boys what's up and they won't spend there money and get ripped off like me attitudes on my Shit list baby.
 
now times that shit by 365 days(or 366 for a leap year) and then times it by how many years they have been around and you almost get infinity shit like unthinkable shit
 
Well at least I'm not the only person who has had problems with Attitude. You would think that a company as large and as popular as them would try a little harder to keep their customers.
 
Not sure how many times ive had to explain this to people.

Quality of seeds: Choose a better breeder. seeds are shipped in the same quality that they are received from the breeder. I would think that would be common sense. My germ rate from attitude is well over 75%.

Crushed Seeds: Crush Proof Tins. It is an option, and doesnt cost that much money.... Never received a crushed seed.

Stealth: They dont normally open packages at the sort facility, and if they did, it would not matter what was in the package, they would see the seeds. You still got your package didnt you?


Ordered with them, or dont. I really dont care. Just trying to explain things to you how they actually are.

For one....all of my free seeds were from reputable breeders (th seeds, and DNA seeds), and I never said I had a germination rate problem (actually I got 100% germination on the TGA seeds since they were in the little vials that they use and were not crushed) so thanks for that bit of common sense.

For two...I didn't think there would be a problem with them being shipped in a wallet...figured the padding should have kept them safe.

For three... Yes I got my package (luckily) But I wasn't complaining about that was I? I thought I was complaining about their shotty costumer service.

Also If attitude is getting less then good seeds from the breeders, Then why in the world would they risk there reputation selling them? I would think they would send them back to the breeder for more. That sounds like common sense to me
 
I have to be honest i have done two orders from Attitude... both i paid the extra garunteed shipping once the mug and once the shirt and both times i received within 10 days and all unharmed... out of about 10 strains and 30 beans, the big buddah blue cheese and reserva privada purplewreck were kinda danty and no dots or tiger stripes....all others had big seeds with good visual characteristics... just my two cents and experience not hating or doubting...

The small pwrecks germinated just fine and took off even though they were lame looking...

You were actually complaining about more than customer service. Your argument with the free seeds were that they were crushed, so being reputable for those has nothing to do with anything. That was a bad judgment call on your part.

They tried to tend to your issue, but you had an issue with both solutions. How is that an issue with their customer service.
You refused their solution, which was a fair solution. That and they were free seeds, its not like you can get money back for something you didnt pay for. Freebies are a gift from them, they dont even have to give them out, they just do out of courtesy(and marketing)

Have you ever used a wallet before? How is a shitty wallet going to protect seeds from other packages falling on it during delivery.

I have double digit orders from the attitude with no issues, and know many people with the same results.
 
You guys can say what you want, But I think that if a place uses something like free seeds to attract customers then they should stand behind them. But I guess we all have our own opinions. And in mine neither of those solutions were fair for my situation.
I'm curious as to where my bad judgment call was (well besides ordering them in the first place) I figured that if they had a wallet as an option then it should have been perfectly fine otherwise why have it there at all? How was I supposed to know that they would just put them in little baggies in there?
I have an education and plenty of napkins, thanks for your worthless comments.
 
Crush proof tins and another 1 seed order would've likely turned your bad experience good.

Before i ordered i did some hard research looking for a seed bank and after reading through there is more good than bad in fact in multiple threads i have read about how they made you order again if there was a problem and they would attach the fix to the new order so i expected that going in so i paid the extra got a mug my wife likes and a shirt i would never rock lol

Also in my grow currently my OG#18 is a freebie and it stinks like crazy since 3 weeks from seed... best outta the bunch right now...
