My first indoor grow with CFL's

I think it may be down to growing for personal use and growing for profit, no early harvest or weighed out wet when growing for personal use, I'm a 'quality' more than a 'quantity' kind of guy, so I'm glad I'm sticking it out till the end, then hopefully a proper dry and cure :bigjoint:

how far off are yours? I noticed my first amber trichs today, only about 3 of them on one bud, so I'll be keeping a bloody good eye on em for the next week, hopefully I'll still have some fingernails left by then :lol:
 
this is the first time I've harvested according to the trichs, all my other grows got harvested when the stigmas go brown, so had I used that rule this time they would have been harvested a few weeks back, trying to go all the way this time so I reckon 50/50 would be a good aim to go for, not all these are gonna finish at the same time, the ones in coir are a few days behind the ones in pebbles but I'm gonna have to dry in the same tent as I'm growing in so thought I'd chop em all when the first one gets to about 30-40% amber.
 
3 and a half weeks into flower but i had a major problem about 10 days ago.ROOT BOUND.i decided to veg abit longer cose of the heat and noticed a few things going wrong 2 weeks into flower so i lifted the root ball out the pot and lets just say WOW.so i chopped the bottem of the pot off roots and all and stood it in another pot of soil.seems to be recovering ok but not great so i put some more seeds in yesterday just in case it dosent make it.i just give my mate 2 plants aswell that were ready to flower (shud of kept them)just waiting for seeds to germ which i hate doing but there 4 different strians(blue cheese-brainstorm-fallen angel and auto somango)if 3 germ i'll b happy.i would post pic's but i carnt remember how too not the best on the computer lol
 
but i'm gunna keep them abit smaller instead of trying to do 2 big plants i'll do 4 smallish plants as long as i can get more then 1 oz per plant i'm happy and it's never been a problem getting that before it was just the heat(why i vegged for longer)

photos, jus click on manage attachments on the thread, then jus load em straight from pc, I'm sure if your mates a proper mate some of the bud should flow back towards you ;-) I'm suprised mine didn't get root bound, had to use what I had so pots only got 3/4 filled, there is less than that now, prob only 1/2-5/8 full, and like a twat i used clay pebbles in 4 and coir in 5, I should have put pebbles in all 9 then topped up with coir, the 4 in pebbles havn't done as well as the 5 in coir, should still pull an oz of those, and more off the coir ones so I'm still happy, gonna be interesting to see the root formation on them when they get pulled.

hopefully this grow will keep me sorted for a year, already planning the next grow, prob looking at 4 plant cfl scrog, that way I can grow in a more confined space so these buggers don't take up so much floorspace :lol:
 
my mate said he would sort me out but thats at least 9 weeks away just hope it can survive or i'll b about 14 weeks away if my seeds germ.i was hopeing to do 2 grows a year get 6 oz each time thats me done 1 oz o month but that's gone out the window this year.
