My first indoor grow....input appreciated

hey bob whats ur advice on what to do here, I got a couple of plants that are starting to get tall and spindly and I used straws to holdt hem up at first but it is starting to get the the point hwere i need to do something else because they are gonna fall over
 
yeah your grow room looks packed out, shd try tying some branches n leaves back to allow a little bit more light to penertrate the top canopy


t1m mcgraph, they're strechin prob because ur lights are either too far away from the plants, or they are not powerfull enough. Wot lights do you have? Also buy as oscillating fan as it simulates breeze which makes the stems stronger.
 
thanks Jimbo, but all the buds are getting light,nothing is underneath the canopy but leaves,I trimmed away all the shoots that werent getting light,so that the plants could concentrate on growing all the flowers at the top of the canopy.and as you can see I have no room to bend more,Im already bending the leaves down under the flowers so that they dont shade them....Thanks for your input I appreciate it :peace:
 
I just started my first germanating yesterday, i used the paper towel method, inside a ziploc bag. Best of luck to you

I only have 2 floro tubes that apparently aren't going to do the job for me =[ I am an inexperienced grower and was just trying to create a litlte smoke for myself without having to spend a ton of money on sophisticated lighting and things like that... A lot of people have suggested I go buy some security lights and re-wire them but that's definitely too much considering that I am just working out of my room right now. (pretty small area )
 
yeah so am, only spent £50 on light n reflector. Fluors are good for seedlings just make sure they're close to the plants. About 1-2inch is a good distance and a small fan is cheap but will strengthen the stems so they wont fall over. Instead of straws either tie them up, or put a small stake in.

Watered my ladies today,they are looking great,getting ready to buy some molassas,I have 4, 4.5 weeks to go and Ill be ready to chop them down I cant wait.Hope the unrefined sugar trick adds some serious weight.I will take some pics in a few days to show you guys:mrgreen:
 
what do they look like post some seeds cause i am gonna start growing soon and i was wondering what other peoples weed looked like

Thanks potroast, I was thinking that they werent as dense as they should be but,I keep forgetting that they have half their time left,they are up for nutes tomorrow so the next watering after that Im gonna give them a dose of molassas :blsmoke:
 
What up everyone,well im a stoned idiot sometimes, the last pics i posted were not day 31 they were day 38,so as of today im at day 41 of flower.sorry sometimes when i smoke the mota i loose all sense....lol :mrgreen: oh and mc.eddy, no new pics yet they pretty much look the same as the pics i posted on 4/11.hope everyone is having a good weekend...later
 
hey bob, very very nice. Just a quick question for you. How far above your plants did you keep the HPS light when you started flowering?
