My first homemade DWC cloner

:finger:???????
haha :peace:
Yeah, and he does use rooting hormone in rockwool......talking "Bubble Cloner" here. He didn't use the BC for long because of the size of clones he made: just works better faster in that 'perfect enviornment' clone box and no root shock when moving into a medium.......have fun

TIME FOR AN UPDATE!! There has been root development since sunday; so this time it only took 8 days:clap:... today they all have at least a little bit of roots ... Ive been lazy this week and taking my time to set up the bubba kush chamber, but i think the experiment will be big plants vs small plants vs yield...

Alright so here is a sneak preview of what the bubba chamber will look like;-) ...These 6 children will be competing against their 4 parents for maximum yield, who will win? ...we'll have to wait 10weeks and see:wall: ..Im giving the little clones a few extra days under the HPS, because they were just transplanted (and very small compared to parents) ...I'll take more pics when i move the mothers into their new home with their children/opponents.:-P

LOL... I moved the mothers into the budding chamber tonight with their children (still on 18 hour light, for now).. to say that they are cramped in their new home would be an UNDERSTATEMENT:o I hope they still have enough room to thrive, this indica strain is an extremely fast grower:leaf: ..Let me know what you think about this space issue!

.....and the leaf they create......is exactly why I gave up on the afghys; it was hard to get light through the canopy, which may be cool for sog.

It's looking real good in there Rexx!:hump: Looks like you got that cloner running pretty good too!
Have a great week!!

growinman:weed:

I guess all I can do is keep trimming those giant fan leaves away, a couple at a time. What else has to be done for a SOG? other than an even canopy?:eyesmoke:

lower third of the plant removed.....but you get to use them branches for more clones!!LOL!
I really like the cloner, my buddy made one like this, but haven't seen it in action yet.
How far away do you keep your water level from the bottom of the plants?

YAY!! more baby bubbas!! bubba kush has got to be my favorite strain even though I've only smoked it once about a year ago. As for the bubble cloner... i think i want to build a second one soon! (there is no money wasted on rockwool cubes or cloning gels, and there is 100% succes rates everytime!!) ...When I fill the resovoir, I fill it right up to about 3/4 of an inch from the top. The stems are all submerged in water with my cloner. Here is an update on the bubba chamber.... (I switched to 12/12 lighting today)
