My first harvest

My first harvest, 3 white widows indoors in soil. the first pic is after i manicured them, how do they look to you guys? i weighed them as is and it was 3 ounces. how much do think it will be after it's dried and cured?
Time for a new grow. i'm going to try hydro this time with my remaining widow seeds. i got a stealth hydro bubbleponics with 6 pots, it is up and running and in 2 days 2 seeds started to open. the second pic is of my new set up. i just added 2 14 inch airstones and a second air pump.
the third pic is this aquarium thermometer i got and was wondering if it would be ok to stick in the tank. i just don't want anything messing this up.

ok, so now there are 2 sprouts coming up from the rockwool however the shell casing is still on them. should i try to remove the shell or will it fall off by itself?
is it time to turn on the lights?

It will fall off by itself. I run the lights from the start.
