Nice. Is that a hydro hut or what? Does it come with the tray?
Everyone has different opinions about when to transplant, but you really can't do it properly until your existing pots are full of roots so that when the pot is dry and you push the thing out of the pot the roots hold the soil together. If there aren't enough roots to hold it together then roots get disturbed a lot more than necessary and transplant shock is increased substantially.
How tall do you plan to grow them. You might be planning on bigger containers than you would ever need.
Also in a couple of pics you have leaf tips curling under and in another you have leaf edges curling upwards. Those are the first signs something is wrong, generally too much fertilizer or a PH issue. But you are at the start of something wrong and it's probably no big deal but I'm just letting you know. Don't overdo it on the ferts, especially this young.
