Like from wal mart or a dollar store. There just a green bulb. The plants can not see green so you can use 4 if you like and do what you need to do while lights are off.

Sweet, I will check it out ! Will have to get one before I switch. What about temps and RH for flowering? when to start cutting the N ?

As soon as you put them in 12/12 start giving bloom nutes. Half way through give them a few days of veg nutes then back to bloom nutes.

6-28-2009 Finally! An update!
Start things off.. Got my HPS Conversion bulb to run on the 400W MH Ballast, Eye Hortilux is the bulb 360W, also picked up some Open Sesame, and Unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses! Time to flower theses gals, Running out of space fast ! Today will be the first day at 12/12 Light Schedual.
Took 8 clones on 6-22-2009, 3 Hawaiian , 3 Pitbull and 2 Trainwreck, they seem to be doing and looking rather good to me, I'm not sure though what to be looking for
All the girls seem to be growing like crazy! Heres pics!

7-3-2009: Everything is looking great! All the clones except 1 are rooted or are going to make it I believe! The ladies are doing great, getting rather large rather quick! But that's ok! I Like ladies with curves!

7-5-2009 UPDATE! FIRST Week of flowering complete! The Girls are looking GREAT! Current flower mix of nutes is FF Tiger Bloom, FF Open Sesame, Cal-Mag, Molasses (1TBSP/Gallon per week)
Pitbull is the first one to show some flowers!
The Hawaiian, and Train Wreck are close behind, boy those hawaiians are going crazy! Growing about 2-3 inches a day!

Any advice or impute would be greatly appreciated!

Wow twils they look great. Only thing I can say for "advice" is to check your humidty, I think it's too low. 45-50 is good. Other thatn that, WOW.

Humidity the last few days has been hovering in the 30's due to that awesome july 4th heat wave we had! It seems when its not 95F out that RH Stays between 40ish, how to raise it just a bit?
Thanks by the way! Your plants looking very nice too!forgot to mention earlier, little bag seed had to go to a new home, ran out of room for it here, we named it "The Joker", its now in a very nice new home with lots of room to become a monstar!

Joker huh, thats way cool. I once had a plant that look so retarted I named it Special Ed. That S.E. Turned out some of the best bud I had in the garden, I was so happy to see that I have cloned her before going 12/12.

haha right on! Sounds kinda of like Stumpy I've got, poor little plant has gotten beat up and beat up again lol, I took a few clones from Joker before I sent it off. Friend gonna call me when he sexes it! Will be interesting to find out, pretty hardy plant it is!

7-11-2009 13 Days into flowering, things seem to be looking great! The plants are responding nicely to their nute soup I've been giving them.
Which currently is Once a week(Sunday's watering) 1 TBSP Molasses, 2Tsp FF Tiger Bloom, 1Tsp Cal-Mag, 1/2Tsp Open Sesame, 1drop Superthrive/ 1 Gallon, which is all it takes to water all 4..
The rest of the week when they get watered they receive 2Tsp FF Tiger Bloom, 1Tsp Cal-Mag, 1/2Tsp Open Sesame / 1 Gallon.
They are really starting to fill out real nice!! and Stumpy has made a comeback and is now the 2nd tallest plant in the room!
This last week, have also managed to keep the RH right at 45. Day time temps 78F , Night time temps 68F
Sorry for the shitty pictures, my wife took the good camera so forced to use this pos till she gets home..
