My BUbblelicious Grow





Ok so i just started my first grow a couple days ago and this is my setup


Yes i know it sucks but lately my baby has been growing at an exponential rate.

It Germinated fully with a 1 cm tail in 24hrs (paper towel method)
After 17hrs in the soil it sprouted
one day later it was standing up.
one more day and the 2 true leaves started to grow.
another they they are the size of the 2 beginning leaves.

DAY 7 - Great progress from day 6



Still Day 7 - redid my entire setup including new soil


New potting soil much better for the plant and in addition added 2 more seedlings to the pot.

still on 24/0


IDK if its just me but my baby is growing at an exponential rate or idk if its normal because its my first grow.

NEW Specs.

desk lamp light
seed starting potting mix
2 bubbalicious / 1 ice

please comment and let me know what im doing wrong or what i could be doing better ty.

Just experience if I got a couple grams I wouldn't be upset too lol. But with the light I have would u suggest I bring it how close to the plant?

I got about 10 ish grams with 2 24W cfl, what bulb you using if its any less than 24 you need to buy a new bulb only a couple of quid from wilkinsons (UK) or wallmart (US) I cant afford all the fanc shit to grow with plus the electric cost etc so I bought a 125W cfl an that works really well and cost hardly anything to run and now I'm yielding around an OZ each plant.

I this it is 24 it's a small bulb but how many inches from the plant should it be?

Ya it's a real low power cfl I have it an inch and a half

sorry it took a while i just put up day 5 and day 6 someone let me know how they are looking and any advice is appreciated ty

Update : the 2 true leaves now ha e their own stem

Seedling looks healthy but she is stretching which is not great. One of the reasons a seedling will stretch is to get to the light. That is also why the leaves are pointing up. Lower your light! Being set low in the cup like that doesnt help either. I suggest you trim it down to 1/2"

I think at this point you should give the plant some support. Push a piece of wire into the soil and tie her to it loosely.

On another topic, since your grow space is going to be tiny, you should start 12/12 very soon. I would say when the second set of leaves has grown to 1/4".

i fixed the light yesterday to 2 inces and may i say its beautifuly looking right now. also ive planted a second one in the same pot when should i transport to a bigger pot?

i just put up day 7.... what do you mean by "trim". also when and how do i transport to a bigger pot as u can see i planted a second one in the pot along with it

update: just changed the soil to seed starting potting mix and lights . when 2 new leaves are bigger 12./12 will start

Trying to get a second light this o w is very weak.. Comments

just watch your heat so you dont fry that lil baby so many people think lower lower lower light i like plant to stretch a bit and get strong hope you got a lil fan lightly blowing on it as well when time comes to transplant lower the stem into the pot to make up for the stretch then your good to go IMO

update: new soil and everything. 2nd pair of leaves starting to show up...

Get a 150w cfl and get it closer like 2". Be sure and repot in a few weeks, itll get root bound for sure
