My first Grow in a Closet Using CFL's

I will put some new pics up on Thursday or Friday when both plans grow a little.

When is the best time to water with nutes? Morning, afternoon, or evening?
 
Dude, i am in the uk and just read this whole thread. Am on my second grow and this is so useful. Also cool to see someone going throught the same stuff!

But where are the pics of the end result?

Aww Man! Congrats on your first grow producing a fantastic plant! Do you have your lights just at the top or do you have them kind of shrouding the plant a little? I would love an update on that bagseed! The las I saw of it was some really nice growth for its age...
 
I just read the whole thread, good stuff! I'm going to be starting my first grow very soon and I'll be using a very similar set up. I hope I can get results as good as yours! Can't wait to see the final results.

So I see some people in the curing/harvesting section have there plants in in the 9th week of flowing and they are going longer...What's up with that? I thought it was 8 weeks? I know they are looking and going by the trichs but how would I know if I don't have a magnifying glass? How would I know when it's time?

i have just read the whole thread and everything looks good to me. I too am a 'first grow noob', i agree on the starting small and spending little until i have gained some experience, I live in the UK and have done mine in my greenhouse and let nature take its course. So far (currently in 3rd week of flowering) all i have spent is £3.00. That was for the soil and the plant pot. However, due to the really shitty and inconsistent climate we have i think i'll be bringing it into the house and using sum bulbs to finish off the flowering. The plant itself is quite 'stretched' but is budding nicely and smells fab.

Anyway, its been good to know that there are other peeps out there with exactly the same issues that i've encountered, maybe on my next grow i'll use lights for veggie stage and flowering stage, add sum nutes and see what the difference is. am using this first 'basic' grow as my benchmark. Your plants look super sweet, am lookin forward to seeing the final product. Happy tokin':bigjoint:
