the way to determine how well your plant is doing is by looking at the root system. the bigger the better.

general synopsis is for indica dominant plants will usually double in size when flowered, sativa dominant can get close to triple in size. your plants are fine to flower now it depends all on how much room you have and lighting etc. I say flower away.
