damn how much did that thing cost? i have seen those before on another thread what happens when your plant outgrow the thing?

looking good, i like the setup do you think a light near the top would help keep a better light coverage.

looks like a stargate (THE STARGATE OF GREEN)

HAHA! The stargate of green....What is that contraption actually called? How do the plants not fall out of their pots when upside down?

See hydrophonics supplies.com to see the Stargate. I would LOVE to have that "wheel of fortune"! There is caps to hold the plants in. What REALLY interested me with this set-up is that the water content basically goes up & down the root system. Jesus, Irene! it's what dreams are made of! Take a good look at high-tech, you sod-busters. It's a f----- roulette buffet!
Show Off!!!

no i did not fabricate this machine. this is the volksgarden by omega gardens. if mr. omega garden is out there he should throw me a bone for this plug. i researched rotating gardens because of the interest in quantity vs. space. the most cost effective and quality system out there was this. there are actually other omega rotating gardens that make this thing look like a childs toy but they are costly for the newbie like myself who is just getting started. i am not trying to "showoff", but really am new at this and don't know alot about it. i read books on hydroponics, learn a ton off this site however some of it is contradictive as many different folks have many different strokes. this machine thus far has been very good and although i spent some money to get it going, i bet alot of people on this site have spent just as much if not more and still don't have the ability to grow 80 plants at once. i am inexperienced and my first grow is 55 plants deep. sure they may not grow to full height, but it is my understanding that short stocky is a good thing in this case. thanks for all the feedback.

holy cow! what a laugh. You spent how much?LOL LOL LOL! God those things look haiarious to want to grow serious pot with.
WHY!?
Wait, let me guess...you have to buy another one 4 times that size to flower and pay some rediculous price just to get it set up?
That thing is hilarious.
I dont think the designers had pot in mind when designing this contraption.
