My first grow ever - pics. Please comment

So it's saturday, and I think I'm going to make it a habit to take new pics every saturday and post them so you guys can follow the progress and hopefully give me some pointers along the way.
These are the pics for this week
As you can see I have moved the biggest plant over to a bigger rockwool cube. The roots were poking out at the bottom of the small one. At the same time the growth of the plant seemed to slow down so I moved it over to a bigger cube. I have also recently started misting once a day with only water.

The small plant with an attitude problem is still acting up. It doesn't grow much...just basically sits there. Yesterday I made one last desperate attempt to make it grow by poking that rougue root downwards into the rock wool cube and the closing the rockwool on top of it. I don't know if it's going to make any difference, but at least I tried before throwing it out.
The three seeds that I planted are still not showing "above ground"...patience is a virtue.

This plant is about a week and a half old. Judging by the size...is everything normal?? Not talking about the small one now..lol

The "big" plant has started to move quite a bit. It has doubled the amount of leaves from 4 to 8, and still moving. I think I was over watering it before...I have slowed down the watering to half the amount and it actually seems the plant is happier this way
