My first Attitude grows—13 seeds begot 13 babies.

I purchased 11 white widows and received 2 free miscellaneous seeds and all germinated fast. I planted these seeds last Tuesday night and after 7 days…you see the results. I used Miracle Grow potting soil, the one that states on the bag (prevents both over and under watering), and I flushed the hell out of it to prevent over nuting the seedlings. The light is an old Azoo reef aquarium twin 150 watt HQI MH fixture with 10K bulbs. The bulbs have had a couple years of use on them so their probably a little less than true 10K.

The other pictures are of my only adult plant and fortunately for me, it survived a ton of abuse and also turned out to be female. In June I planted about 10 bag seeds in a pot in the backyard and 5 survived. After a month of 95 degree days and pretty much flushing the plants twice a day to keep them hydrated, I brought them inside and placed them beneath (3) 150 watt HPS lights. After a couple weeks, they seemed to have recovered; so I thought why not add some fertilizer. By the time I was done the leaf color could all but redefine dark green. So all five plants survived the heat, overwatering, under nuting, over nuting and were all old enough for the flowering cycle. And one week into the 12/12 cycle, 4 of the plants turned out to be male – only my luck.

Thanks to this site and a few others, I think I have this growing thing down now, or at least I know what to look for and where to come if something goes wrong. BTW, the MH light fixture is 10 times brighter than what appears in the photos. I had to dick with the exposure and white balance to get the camera to focus.

My grow room equipment is:

One 300 watt MH fixture
Three 150 watt HPS
One 90 watt tri-band ufo led
One r/o unit (reef aquarium quality)
One dehumidifier

I plan the buy a second led fixture because my female plant has branches that lean toward the led’s even though their directly beneath the 150 HPS’s.
