My first attempt to grow :-\

hey everyone whatsup. i finally decided to try and grow my own weed a few weeks ago, even though I have no experience growing anything at all ha. Its still in the early stages but im surprised at how fast they grow. guess its not called weed for nothin. I dont know much about the seeds I planted except that theyre from Maine. Im totally just winging this and seeing how it goes, but I figured id try my best.

This is probably two weeks old by now. I havent gotten a reliable light source other than the sun yet, so they only get light when its sunny out. And its been raining here in massachusetts for over a week, so the conditions arent anywhere near ideal. I have a few other plants growing but this one has grown the fastest and is the biggest so far. I'd appreciate any tips people want to give cuz ive never grown a plant before let alone weed!

try not to let it get all its light through a window if its possible. i understand its been raining but as soon as the sun pops out i recommend putting it outside in full light. that is, unless you can get some indoor lighting. as you can see its stretching alot because what its doing is searching for light.

also, try to put atleast a combination of 20-80 perlite-to-soil mix. more perlite is good.

and make sure the soil is at a ph around 6.3-6.9.
