guess you're just high....lol
the problems are only on the leaves. But except that, I have some other questions. In this post: https://www.rollitup.org/general-marijuana-growing/58850-my-first-attempt-help-suggestions-14.html#post810351, at the description of the pics I'm asking them. They're about the result of fimming, watering etc etc

Here are some new pics. I think that the growth has stopped the last couple of days and I think it's because of phosphorus deficiency, so later I'm buying Bio-Bloom and hope for the best.
I do have some questions, because sometimes I really don't know what to expect.

Pic 1: I fimmed the top 17 days ago. Is this how it should look by now? I mean that the point where I made the cut remained the same, and the two branches you see at the pic, aren't they the side-branches that would be there even if I hadn't fimmed? No. You topped them right. See the stem that you cut? There would only be one stem still. Now you have two.

Pic 2: The glass jar you see beside the pot is a 0.5L jar. I've put it there so you can have a scale and understand the size of the pot. Is it normal that when I water with just 0.5L of water, to see water running from the bottom of the pot? Or could it be that there's something wrong with the soil and the water isn't absorbed properly but instead it goes straight to the bottom of the pot? No you should see water running out the bottom of the pot.
In fact if you are using a potting mix like MG you will get cracks in the soil and the water will seep right through so you have to water over again to make sure your plants are watered well. It is better to water your plants properly as less often as opposed to frequently. this is a common growers mistake.

Pic 3: My DYI grow box. At the exhaust I've put activated carbon. I'm waiting until I switch to flower to see if it really works.

Pics 4,5,6: My more or less damaged lower leaves. I hope that that after Bio-Bloom I'll have less of those!!!I wouldn't worry to much about it. For a first grow you are doing better than most people.

Pics 7,8,9: A full view!!!! I'm thinking of taking a couple of clones from the lower part tomorrow and then put it to flower. After I take the clones, should I leave it at 18/6 for some days to let the plant recover from cutting the branches or is it ok if I switch to 12/12?I personally would let it recover 1st before mnaking the switch.
Good luck.

That's all for now guys and girls!!!!!! Please let me know what you think!!!!

Cheers...

thanx a lot lacy. I appreciate it. You really eased my mind on some things...lol
I'll try to take my first couple of clones later today. So I'm not making the switch to 12/12 yet.
I'll update with pics of the clones.

nice journal man ;) and nice bushy plant ofc :) keep it up!
thank you man!!

Update:
I decided not to take clones today, because I think that most of the fan leaves are droopy. Maybe overwatering? I don't know, I tried to be very careful when watering or feeding but I'm a noob, there's always a chance I fucked up. Here are some new pics. I'll wait till tomorrow to see if they perk up or not.

Cheers everybody

Today I took my first cuttings. I tried to do everything the right way. I'll know in a week or so...lol. I cut a couple of the lower branches, then cut off of them the lower set of leaves and then put them to rockwool. I've opened a hole in each rockwool cube, but it was bigger than the stem and when I've put the stem in the hole it wasn't so easy to press the cube to achieve full contact with the stem. I've put the cubes in a bucket with plastic on top and misted everything.
I've put the bucket under a 60W equivalent cfl. Is it enough? The distance from the light you can see at the pics. Should I move the light further or closer?
I didn't cut part of the leaves as I see many people doing. Can I wait and see if they can be supported and if not cut them then?

Another thing: yesterday the timer accidentally fell off the socket and the plant got 9 hrs of darkness instead of 6. Should I give it 18 hrs of light from the moment I turned the lights on again and then continue as usual 18/6?

Keep your fingers crossed!!!!
Here it is: Clones Day 1

PS - Of course any advice is more than welcome. If you need any more pics, from the side for example let me know.

Continue lighting as normal. Now for the clones, I mean you should cut all the biggest fan blades half way off. U could wait, but even when ur plant starts to regrow all the new growth will cover up the cut up leaves.. u wont even notice them, n it does help the plant, cause it doesnt have to support the leaves n worry about them n feeeding them. It takes care of rooting itself more.

you're right mmclean3, I'm going to cut the bigger blades half way off now. After all there's no reason of being there at this point...

All the fan leaves are wilting tooo much!!
What is it??
I don't think it's overwatering, I haven't watered for 3-4 days. I can't remember exactly.
Underwater maybe??? Should I give water with nutes if you think it's underwatering?

I really don't understand it. Everything was going more than great. A little wilting happened yesterday but after the darkness they seemed fairly alright!!

HEEEELPPPP....

i stuck my finger into the soil and yes it's dry. she must've been drinking a lot faster. Earlier she didn't need any water for 4-5 days for sure. The other thing is that the last 3-4 times I watered or fed her, there was water running from the bottom of the pot really quickly!! I don't know why.

Anyway, I'm going to make the mix, feed her and hope she'll enjoy it.
I'll be back after that...

Good to hear brotha!! Ya if the leaves ever fall that quickly within afew hours or so. its always most likely gonna be under watering, especially if its been afew days since you've fed. The max time i wait before refeeding my plants is about 2-3 days. Sometimes when they have a nice growth spurt they eat up alot of that water. So just make sure to check the soil daily just incase or get a moisture meter. That why ur baby gets what she wants n needs!

I'm feeding her right now and there's water running from the bottom after only 300ml. This can't be normal...
I'll leave like that and give her some more after 5 min. to see how it goes

Just gave her 0.2L more. I've given 1/2L until now and she drunk it all. Fan leaves are perking up immediately. It's nice to see...
Now I'm going for a walk with my dog and then I'll give her another 1/2L

New to this forum but local on others, has the soil dried to the point it's hard? If it's hard enough that you can "crack" it or if they already exist, then the water is just running right over the hard surfaces and out of the pot without the soil picking any up. Try soaking it. Put it in a bucket of water until 1cm of the stem is under water and hold it there for a couple minutes. This has happened to me when they just decide one day that they are going to drink twice as fast out of no where. lol.
Your right that about of water is WAY too low for such a large plant. If they soil is still in decent shape, maybe it's time for a new medium or a replant into a known good soil. Might also want to look into re-potting it because the root system is going to go CRAZY when you put it into flowering.
This may not even be close to your problem, but it is the only way I can figure it not holding any water. Cheers.
