Hey guys, it's been a while since my lil closet grow that got me back into the "hobby". Now i'm setting up proper and perpetual, but all organic, water only!. Here is the line up:

1. White Berry
2. Fire OG
3. Larry OG
4. Peach Early Girl
5. AK-47
6. ATF (matanuska valley cut)
7. Larry OG
8. Hollywood OG
9. Afghani Bullrider
10. Master Kush
11. Banana Kush
Then I am Playing with a Fire OG x Crystal Throttle cross to see what i get and work on stabilizing the strain. I do not profess to be an expert, but this is not my 1st rodeo, if you will. I welcome all comments, suggestions, or otherwise as long as they contribute positively to my end result and help others with their projects as well. Trolls stay home!002.jpg003.jpg005.jpg006.jpg

Thx MattyD if I may call u that. I hope it to be interesting as well. The pics are all in veg and in 1.75gal pots. I will be transplanting this weekend into either 7 or 10 gal pots. depends on what i find. I welcome all comments, unless ur a troll, as I have loved my chem nutes but due to health issues, i need to be as natural as possible. Chemo sux!

Oh and the pics are just the nursery pics. The babies that are big enough are being moved to more space as we speak!

Thx for the support! I am super excited as I have always grown my veggies organically, but have used all the expensive nutes for my meds. Yep, i know stupid or whatever word u choose. I decided that quality is worth miles more than quantity so here we go. my buddy who is growing with me is amazed at the difference in grows. As i am transplanting and moving things into the bloom room i will make things more clear. kinda hard to say what's, what from a random jungle pic! lol. btw i am running a similar mix to sub's mix, just didnt have the time to cook it all. Though I will be honest that I have the mix cooking for the new girls as they rotate in. more pics to come.

come on guys! Nearly 200 views and NOONE has an opinion? I love input for sure. as I said I do not profess to be an expert. I DO appreciate the trolls staying away. My goal was for more legitimate, quality discussion to help me as we all help you in our grows. thx in advance guys, and gals!

I couldn't agree with ya more DM. All that you mentioned are just some of the reasons I have decided to switch. I've had plenty of organic in my day and one thing you will never hear me argue is the difference in taste, aroma, etc. I've used the general organic line before, and it was real nice, I just feel that i could do better. I'm running supersoil this time and plan on water only. I really love Sub's method. I generally lurk and don't really post too much. But after 12 years of playing with this nute line and that, I'm over the ridiculous cost of nutes and am WAY more concerned with quality vs. quantity. I live in a medicinal state and as it goes, every person with a pulse is trying to grow and 99% of it is just crap. I'm trying to treat my Crohn's disease, fibromyalgia (sp?), and severe anxiety. The pills have really done a number on me physically and I just feel it's time for me to really focus on healing myself without the bs pharma drugs. The side effects are as bad or worse than my conditions. It just doesn't make sense for me to continue to destroy myself with them. That being said the pics are of 3 White Berry, 2 Fire OG, and 2 matanuska ATF. I will say this mixing soil and amendments is a pain, but not nearly as annoying, at least to me, as mixing nutes. Sorry long post but wth, right? Anyway guys fire away if ya got something. This is supposed to be fun too!!!

I'm back again to check how this thread is going. So far, so good I'd say! Your plants look nice, especially for your first all-organic grow. Have you done any 'training' to any of your plants in the latest photo? No surprise, they are all looking quite different!

Is the "Master Kush" from Nirvana? If so, I have a friend who grows that, or did up until recently. His phenotype never put out big buds, but it was reasonably stocky, with a lovely smell that was like a floral-perfume. It got quite a bit of resin coverage as well, but the yield was on the Low-Mid level along with the potency. It was a really nice, anti-anxiety producing buzz however!

Ok to clear one thing up. I made a horrible spelling mistake in post #3! I wrote "Chemo sux" and I meant to write "Chems sux". Big difference in meaning and how others take what I said. Sorry guys.

Anyway, thanks to all for tagging along.

As to the Master Kush, it is from a friends personal seed stock and though I haven't gown it, I've seen good yield and enjoyed the smoke several times. I really can't speak to the quality of your friends pheno. It does seems off tho. I have grown their Blackberry Kush and the the true clone only Blackberry Kush and while Nirvana did ok trying to replicate it. They missed the mark with potency and aroma.

The pics were taken same day. 1 pre transplant and 1 post transplant. I think the only reason they look so different is that the post transplant pic are more top down than the pre pic. As far as any trainig etc, all I did was top them about two weeks ago.

I think I covered everything. If I missed something just throw a brick through the front window with a note and I'll send the ransom!

Well, so far no bricks from you guys, so I guess I covered it all. Now to the fun...I watered the girls today and was super bummed to find some PM on an ATF and a Fire OG. Found some in the nursery as well so everyone got treated with some b. subtilis. sorry if the spelling is wrong. Anyway, here are the pics. hope you guys enjoy. 3 days after transplant.

:joint::joint::joint::joint:bongsmilie:joint:Hello,

I noticed many pots in the first pics of the journal, the nursery?

Then I am assuming you have a flower room, and that has the 7 gallons jammiis in it?

And everything is in dirt?

My opinion: I have done a few grows, and I am def not an expert, more like a sponge that is already kinda wet, meaning most things run in one end and out the other. I have to go over things many times to figure it out, and then most of the time i still don't get it...

I fucking hate mixing nutrients and would rather take lashings. I really wanna make some super uber soil all sub cool styled and grow with just water/tea. this brings me to my question, how do u water? like how as in with a sprayer, with a bottle, do u just dump it in, how much run off, what do u do with the run off? I wish I could see other people water their plants cuz it is a fucking pain in the ass no matter what, and mixing nutrients on top of that!! I would take a lashing ever time i needed to water if it would just magically get done thats how much i hate it. anyway if this counts as an opinion i hope it doesn't piss any of the cry babies off.

all and all, fucking prime setup! multiple strains, super soil, i thnk u are perpetual!!! dude fucking epic! I just don't no how people with a bunch of plants water them, what do u do all day water plants?WTF

Yeah the pics with a bunch of pots is the nursery. I go from solo cups to the white 1.75 gallon pots, then to the 7 gallon pots. Yes I have a separate bloom space, the pics in the tent are for transition. Just getting finished with a total redesign of the bloom room will post pics when complete. Everything is in dirt, except when I first make clones. I start them in rockwool cubes. Watering is fairly easy for me as I have 2 55 gallon containers that I pump from. I just use a hose and one of those long wands to water. As far as runoff goes, in the nursery usually less than a tablespoon, in the bloom maybe a cup or so. I water in two stages, first to moisten the soil (i don't like it to go dry) and then the second thoroughly finishes. I also clean everything once a week, and I mean everything. floor, walls, drip trays, sides of the pots, light hoods, fan blades, filters, cords, you name it. It doesn't feel like all I do is water, but I am def in the garden a lot.

Anyway, thanks for the compliments guys and here are a few more pics I took from yesterday.
