My experience with Attitude

This is my first time ever ordering seeds aswell will be my first time growing, I did not have an account for there site so I used the guest checkout, by the end of the purchase it appeared that it created me some sort of temporary account as it said I was signed in and I was able to check my order status. Well when I checked later I no longer had that account as it said I was signed out.

I tried logging in (even though I didnt remember it asking me to create a password) with the email and password I would have used to no avail.

I also did not receive any sort of confirmation email or any email at all for that matter. I contacted them over 24 hours ago by email and still have not got a reply.

At the moment I'm not to satisfied as I have not the slightest clue what's up with my order nor do I have any way of checking. Hopefully it all works out, I'll keep this thread updated.

If youre going to order from here make sure you create an account first.

this is very strange to hear i my self have never had a problem with em and everyone else always says good things..i am sry this is happening to yuh Jahbless and hope it wasnt a waste of time and money

if the funds were taken out of your acct..then you will get seeds..if not..you prolly got to re order

They got there money. I'll just have to wait to see if I get my seeds. I'm confident I will it seems more or less an error in there system, however I'm not to happy with the fact I haven't got a single email back from them. ._.

hmmm usually you get an email saying the order is processing then another when it ships...i would email them again and tell them if you can not get a reply ..you are cancelling the order..you can just call credit card company and say cancel this order

I have only ordered from them once, but everything thing was great and plan to reorder soon, I did however get confirmation emails. Check you Junk Email Folder.

I ordered from them twice, never a problem, Im sure you will get your shit

if not you can call them,

if youre in the US
there is about a 8ish hour difference, depending on where you live.

give them time, they wil email back/

It's been over a week since i emailed them lol
i really have a hard time believing this.. i made an order like two weeks ago, and had an issue with my order and emailed them like an hour after i made my order, the very next day i had two replies to the two emails that i sent them with answers to my questions..
this isn't the first time i've even emailed them, and they always seem to get back to me the very next day, 10/10.. i even had to call them last week as i forgot to add the extra for secure shipment, and the chic i talked to on the phone couldn't be nicer and was extremely helpful.. it was kind of confusing figuring out what time to call, and i couldn't call out of the country on my cell, but that's only cuz i can be an idiot and nothing on their end..
i've probably made over 100 orders from the attitude, and hardly ever have a problem with anything they do.. :)

Cool story racerboy :) They are the best with email replies. I totally agree! Just as long as you don't talk about growing, they take care of you!
Over the summer, I ordered Female Seeds Maroc and don't ask me how, but they messed up and sent me Purple Power. When I emailed them about the mix-up, they sent it to me and let me keep the Maroc! That was something that I didn't believe. They outshone themselves with that one.

Thats great and all but I wouldn't be here complaining if they did send me an email now would I. It's not like im using some weird email to, it's gmail. So I really don't need a bunch of people telling me how I'm wrong.

As far as I know inquiring about your order doesn't have anything to do with growing either. My email didn't even reference the seeds let alone growing.

"99% of International orders usually deliver within 7 – 10 working days, however they can take up to 21 working days, but this is quite rare. International orders are sent ‘Track and Trace’ and most countries do not require a signature on delivery so will normally be posted through your letterbox, size permitting. If not, it will be returned to your local post room and a card left through your door, notifying you of an attempted delivery and your package is awaiting a pick up. Please collect this from the mail depot."

Lol looks like im one of those 1% of the people.

I sent a 3rd email and I did get in contact with him. I will say he was very friendly, I got my tracking number its still held up in the UK apparently
