My Entertainment Center Grow Cab. Advice or Recommendations Appreciated!

Here is my setup. A 3 '4" x 22" entertainment center painted glossy white. Its 4' 6" tall in the top chamber using a 400w HPS in there. And I have a Veg/ Clone room running 4 23w 5000k CFL's and 4 23w 2700K CFL's. Using a super ghetto ventilation setup. 2 50cfm bathroom fans. They push a good bit of air though. And a 2' box fan mounted inside a box built to trap the light. It pulls its air from right under the air vent for my A/C. Box is running around 80-82 degree range. Im hoping to grow 6 plants in there. I have 6 Lowryder Dwarf Mix seeds planted so I hope they will stay small enough. So what do you guys think? Am I on the right track? Also those plants are 8 days old do they look healthy?

Maybe we're just missing it but you don't seem to have any airflow cooling the HPS lamp.
