My DWC Set-up...

i tried looking through the thread but could not find the answer

what is that top line on all your buckets?
i know the bottom one connects them in series to a reservoir but was does connecting them at the top do?

There is a pump in the Control Rez that pumps nutes into the pots. So as it tries to fill the pots via the top lines, gravity drains it back to the control via the bottom. I did it for keeping the nutes cool and circulation. When the lights were low and the plants were small things got a little too warm.

Day 45. Pretty much gonna be watchin the top of this bad boy...I mean girl!!!



Swapped out one of the net cup vents and added flaps to block incoming light. Panda flaps taped @ the top will not restrict any incoming air. I'll see what it looks like from the inside when the outter lights are on and the fan is off. That's when I'll see if the flaps are doing what I want them to do.

Pic3- Inside the grow room, door shut with the fan on.
Pic4- Duct from filter.
Pic5- Exhaust fan switches on to pull just enough to control the oder durring the dark cycle. The 4" active air fan and light work together.

Stable Water Temp. 68*-70* @ 5.6 pH.

Whew! looks good.

Hell yeah man!!! I showed the pic from my camera to my boyz and the were trippin!!! He's been growing mini crops for years and never seen that before. I'll post that in a minute.
