My Closet: what do I need to add/change???

SO my grow room consists of a closet, in which there are two CFL bulbs, a 22W blue LED flood light from EnLux, and a Philips Incandescent( I believe) 120W plant light. The 120Watter gives off a lot of heat, but doesnt seem to be doing any harm besides that. There's a cheap 10$ fan I bought to give initial circulation to the room and has worked to keep teh lights cool and the plants wind buffered.

I'm highly considering getting a 50W Tri-Band LED fixture from HTGSupply.com, but am wondering if perhaps I would be better off going with a 250W HPS because its about the same price.

The allure of LEDs is great to me considering the low power consumption, low heat emission, and efficiency.

I have a cage fan coming soon(hopefully) that I can use to duct air out of the room or perhaps an HPS if I choose to get one.

I don't have a thermometer, pH meter, only what is pictured...

What do I need to get? what do I need to change?

any and all comments/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

ps. all 8 of the sprouts are taking off now. The soil mixture seems to be suiting for these plants. half-half miracle grow potting mix, and some off brand potting soil.

idk about led's, but i am on first cfl grow with 1 plant 3 weeks into flowering (just starting to show tric's).. i would suggest lowering those lights. for cfls you want them like 2in-4in from the plants. dont worry they wont burn them aslong as they are not touching. but they need to be closer. as well go to lowes or homedepo and get the splitters for those lights so you can run 2 cfls in each one. also i would loose the aluminum sheild around those lights. i bought the same ones and they heated up my box pretty good so i took them off

i am in the same boat as you. i have cfls and am about to switch to a 250w hps set since i am doing this for personal and space is an issue as well as keeping it on the dl .

If you are planning on all 8 of those plants being female then you need more light. also needs to be closer around 4in from the tops. i would get a thermometer with a humidy feature. some type of nutes or plant food for flowering and a 100x microscope for harvest. also you will need bigger pots to transfer when they grow bigger
