My closet set up. Open for suggestions:)

Hello all,
This is my first grow, and I have been doing it all wrong from the start. No big deal. After 3 months watching my plants not growing and starting to die I went on line and found this sit by accident. I came across this sit and read a great thread on how to do it right. Now I'm hooked :mrgreen:

I have asked some questions and have received great answers. So thank you all for the help.

Ok down to business.
Info:
I got 7 clones from a shop and with in a week 4 died.
The 3 that are left (2 diesel ) (1 blueberry ).
I had them on 18/6 with 2 - 4' full spec bulbs in a shop light.
I used M. gro in a 4" pot ( very small )
I veged them for 3 months, they where only 10" tall from the soil. I just didn't care at the time. Sorry no pics for that time.

What ever happened to the remaining three, also what do you plan on doing different this time around, got any pictures of setup etc?

I found out that I didn't have the light nearly close enough. They were over foot apart, mabe two. So you guess it, they stretched big time.

So, you ditched them? also any progress in this grow, pics anything? I have some stretched and stunted plants that I may have to ditch when I clone and get some definite girls to replace them with, if interested check out my journal, the link is located in my signature .. Hey Humboldt.
The three are doing a lot better now.
After the three months of torture, I got 6 - 26/100w daylight cfls and hooked them all together. I think they where 1300-1800lum each and 6500k.
After finding out that stretching is a bad thing, I starting looking at threads and FAQ :mrgreen:

and found out that I could cut them/top. Or tie down. I chose the tie down method. I don't know if I did it right but we will see.

No I didn't ditch them these three that you see are the same ones.
So after talking with the grow helpers, I invested in a 600w dig.ball hps/mh system.
I started two of them on 12/12 with the new system. I kept the smallest one on 18/6 with the cfls.

Oh, hey those plants don't look that bad, they should continue to grow well tied down, however in that last image, it looks like your lights are still so far away, check out my actual journal to see how close I currently put mine, lol I can't change the link in my sig so I directed you in the wrong direction before.

Ok, so here is were I'm at.
I have taken a closet and turned into a veg.space, and a flower space. The flower space is bigger then the veg area.
So this is what I would like to do, I don't know if it realistic.
I would like to have 2 plants coming out of flower ever 2/3 weeks.
so here are all the pics that I have taken, they might not be in the right order.

I have put these in 3gal pots with M'gro moistur cont. and now feeding with liq.flower food from walmar. 7 drops per L.of h2o.

I started the 12/12- 10 days ago. they look a lot different now.

any info on when to water and how much, any nuts that I can get at the local store, I do have a ph tester and ppm tester. I also made a water filter system that I saw from another thread(thanks) .I made it from a one of those car washers. pics on the next page.

I'd say so looking good and starting to take shape, also by the look at them leaves, I would hold off on the nutes for awhile, or are those the leaves that were already damaged?

Oh and thanks for the information you posted over at my place, was very helpful.

Ok so I'm about 30 days into flower now and I have seen a big difference from the dying almost dead plants into some healty ones. I haven't really been keeping up with this J. but I will drop some info time to time.

The set up is veg on the left and flower on the right. I have one in veg and two in flower. The one in veg is blueberry I think and the two that are in flower are sour Dessal I think.

I have tried to take some clones but have not been doing all that good. They have not been rooting. I have the dome and one cfl for light. I also have a heat mat under it.

I have been using some new Nuts aswell. some bio bloom and bio grow.

Damn dude I didn't realize you were that far along, they are looking awesome and for cloning I've been having a hard time with that too, I recently went out and bought a bunch of stuff for cloning and now I have to put it on hold as I have 6 girls and possible two on the way, I'm running out of room, however I may practice on another male.

So my bulb just broke wtf. I had warr on it and the store sent me a better one. My bitches had to live on cfl for about 3 days. I took some clones about a week ago only two of 12 made it, but that is two more then I had. I have taken 12 more clones and did it a little different to see if any new results will come out of it. I acc. broke a big branch off so I used that to make more clones. shit-
Any way I'm going back to play some R.E 4 on the wii

Thanks Logan for visiting,, you have been a great help, congratulations on your clones that's two more than I ended up with, long story but I'm putting the cloning on hold as I ended up with way more girls than I thought, running out of room, also I have 20 bubble gum seeds on the way, do you know anything about that strain? Oh and do you have any updated pics? I would love to see your girls!

I'm building a box for veg/and cloning, I have the rough draft done and am going to be posting pictures soon, visit again shortly, pease give me some pointers on me new box.

Shit this my J and I don't ever write in it, I read everone else's and write in theres.

All well, shit happens.

well what is different? the last time I wrote in this I think my bulb just broke. So I got my new bulb in about three days and they upgraded it for a better brand. Sweet

I'm a bit stoned so my thread might not be grammaticlly correct.

I have totally changed my whole setup, I now have a different grow area. top and bottom. not side to side.

My flowering space is now six and half feet by three feet and five feet high. The mother and clones are in the same dimensions of space.
I'm now using t12 bulbs four foot. I will be using a total of 6-8 bulbs. so 3-4 two bulb setups. I have found these for 9 bucks for the housing, and I have found some daylight 40 watt 6500k that put of 3200 lumesn each bulb. 3200 x 6 = 19200 lumens.

I know this is not very much but It will be enough for a few mothers and clones. No veg time.

The mother plant is about 5 or 6 months old now, so the clones have the same maturity age.

I have taken around 20 cuttings from the bb mother plant in the past month or so. The first time they all died I had tried a home made bubbler. I have found out they most likey died do to lack of heat and the bubbler not running 24/7. I read on a thread to do it for 15 on and 45 off. Didn't work.
