My clone update

This is day eight for 6 of my clones and day six for 12 more.

All look good to me and are starting to show the first signs of new growth.

I have 9 females in rockwool and for practice I put 9 males in three soil types. You can read https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/83765-my-first-clone.html if you want all the details.

I've only checked two but here are there roots https://www.rollitup.org/attachment...d1214870533-my-first-clone-clone-root-001.jpg and https://www.rollitup.org/attachment...d1214870533-my-first-clone-clone-root-003.jpg .

I plan to move them to cups or gal pots soon when the roots grow to the edge.

Wow, fell off the front page and only 5 people saw this. I bumped it up to give some more people a chance to see it.

I thought the roots on the clone pics were cool looking.

All 9 females are rooted and 7 of 9 males. The 2 males I lost was do to my own haste.

So my sucess rate is 89% not bad for a first try.

Height of males:
M1 4.38"
M2 5.25"
M3 5.25"
M4 3.75"
M5 3.00"
M6 6.38"
M7 4.75"

Height of females:
1-1 1.62"
1-2 1.50"
1-3 2.38"
3-1 2.75"
3-2 3.63"
3-3 2.50"
5-1 1.63" The Last Holdout
5-2 2.50"
5-3 2.00"

I am very happy all my females are past the hard part. So I have 3 clones each from 3 different female plants. Plant 3 cloned the fastest. Plant 5 was slow.

I will use rockwool again the next time I do this. I have a 100% sucess rate in this.

The girls in red............The boys in blue.

The Last Holdout went in soil today.
