This post isn't really about anything, just doing it because I found a new love for growing marijuana and I'm excited about my current grow.
This is my first grow ever, and I'm not going to lie it's pretty sketchy. I don't have a ph meter or a humidity meter or anything like that. Just two CFL's and a small T5HO. I guess this is a grow just for fun, I didnt put much money into it.
Buttttt surprisingly, everything is going well. Besides a little nute burn and maybe a ph problem, my plants are still growing and looking good. I got all my seeds from buds I bought, so I'm not sure of the strain. I have one that was my "test" plant that came from an AZ seed, one "indoor" seed, and two headies seeds.
I've been in flowering for about 3 weeks and my test plant is now about two feet tall and finally showing buds, thank god its a female. That plant has been through some stress, I grew her outside for a couple weeks, and then switched her inside once I got my lights, I dont know how she's still alive. The rest of my plants have been on 12/12 since seedlings and they seem to be doing great besides one problem that I couldn't figure out but seems to have gone away. They haven't shown their sex yet, I read that they must reach a minimum height before beginning to flower.
I'm growing in a box that I built, a wood frame with cardboard walls (like I said I didnt spend much money) I painted the inside white and added an intake and exhaust fan from a computer.
A lot of people have told me growing marijuana isn't as easy as it seems it is, but my experiences have shown me different. I'm not saying I'm growing top of the line amazing bud, but bud is bud to me as long as it isn't nasty.
Here's some pictures, my plants might be puny or unhealthy looking but watching that bud grow on my tall plant amazes me. Let me know what you guys think
