We need more info:
Hydro, DWC?
Nutrients you're using, amounts and when?
Light Schedule?
Light type?
pH of the H2O?

this is a hydro build, but since the roots havent gotten big enough to leave the net pot, im using a drip system to water it 5 times a day (spread out evenly every few hours). i have 2 24" flourescents and a 150w cfl. the ph of the water is about 6.5. the light cycle is 18/6, but the cycle got messed up couple times because the little timer "pin" wasnt in right and i lost a couple hours of light for a couple days before i discovered it. also, when the liitle girl wasnt growing very fast, i mistakingly added the full the dose of veg nutes to the water. i guess i was anxious. plus i think there was some stress because when i was building the grow box while she was a sproutling, the net pot with the hydroton and little sproutling got jostled a couple times. so... from the forums ive read, it sounds like it could be the nute shock i gave it, overwatering, underwating, the jostling shock... im not sure... i hope that the picture will help you guys.. thanks!!!

I would start with some hydrogen peroxide, maybe 1mL per gallon. It looks like over watering is the culprit. Maybe 4 times per day instead of 5. In my system I just ran a irrigation tube into the hydroton and placed the rockwool cube on top of it. Worked like a charm, it was getting watered 24 hours a day and once the roots hit the wet hydroton they exploded down into the bucket within a week. Hydrogen peroxide is the key i think. I used to have to change the water every week and after i started using H2O2 I can get nearly 2 1/2 weeks out of it. Aside from water soluble oxygen it also kills any nasty root bacteria that seem to plague these systems. (Keep in mind it also kills good bacterias too, the kind that make nitrogen and CO2 from their metabolism processes) No big deal though.
