Cant see the pictures worth a damn but what kind of lights are those? The container is way too big for that sprout. They like wet/dry periods. That looks like it stays at alot of wet when you water it...probly a bit too much.

its a fluorescent light and what do mean they like wet/dry periods, and it was a growing strong until I transplanted it about a week ago and now it is starting to die I had it in a way to smaller pot so maybe that's the reason but I really don't know, did I transplants way to early or what

If that is the extent of your grow setup it might be best if the plant just dies now. If you really want to grow, do some reading and research. Otherwise you are just wasting your time. Not trying to be a dick, just keeping it real.

wet/dry period means the soil is wet for a lil bit then dry for a lil bit...
The roots don't like to be constantly wet..
Also you transplanted way to early... Wait until you have 3 sets of true leaves before transplanting...

Why do you think its dying?

I mean that your plant is on its first set of leaves past the coty leaves. There was no need to transplant at such an early age. When you were giving water to it before it would be "wet" and then "dry" in a much shorter period of time than now when you water that giant container and it takes 5ish days to dry out. Get it? Personally id reach in there with two cupped hands and pull it out and drop it into a smaller container before you drown it. Or maybe its just me ;)

Get that stupid mirror out of there, vacume, use a much smaller container, eventually get a Y adapter for that cfl socket and drop in another light. Make it look like somthing your proud of. Messy grows make shitty smoke.

do you have any suggestions on how I can make my grow area better?
Unless you get better lights (or more cfl's) your not gonna have a good crop...
You can leave it in the big container just use only enough water to dampen the immediate area around the seedling, this way it will dry out faster...
