Update!

I ended up pulling out 4 males, i think i have 1 more male and 1 hermie,but i do have 2 for sure females! :bigjoint:

I also tied 3 of the 4 down and they're lovin it! i transplanted the one i think is a male into a grow bag to see how they work for me. :eyesmoke:

They also got their 1st dose of Open Sesame today, so im going into flower on Friday or Saturday. I cant wait to stick the HPS in there, and i cant wait to see the budz! :leaf:

I think i might have given 1 plant too much N though, the leaves curl in, like an upside down canoe lol. Someone else on here had the same symptoms as mine, so i hope thats what it is :-(

Whats happenin guys, its been a while, but heres a lil update.

I'm down to 2 plants, in 5 gallon pots, with 1 150 watt HPS, 10 23 watt 2700k CFL's, 3 45 watt CFL's, and 1 14 watt. They've been in flower for 2 - 2 1/2 weeks so far, and seem to be coming along nicely, except for some leaves curling under like a claw ( the first pic ) kind of. But other than that they're getting new growth all over the place, spittin out hairs like crazy too!

Lets hear what you guys think! and if anyone knows why they are curling downward, plz lemme know lol. I was told it was most likely from too much N, but i'd like to know if its not lol.

Eh stonedz wassup. nice xmass tree pic bro.. 2 plants under that kind of lighting is going to bring u a nice yield bro.. cant wait to see them in a few weeks for sure.
just be carefull feeding them. they honestly dont need much food bto. less is better.
but the grow looks good man glad to see ur back pimptastical man. lookin good

Yea, i've been letting them do their own thing for a lil while, since i over nuted and all. Flushed twice, and watered with PH'd water for about 6 waterings, with just a drop or 2 of superthrive as a lil pick me up. Yesterday i gave them Tiger Bloom and Big Bloom and they loved it, they perked up and im starting to see some buds comin up!

Lol, i'm hoping for a nice yield, im runnin 529 watts for just the 2 plants and they are growing like crazy. These ladies are both a lil over 2 ft. i cant believe how they just take off during flower, i've had to raise the lights about 5 times already since they've been in flower lol.

529 watt in about 2-3 sq.ft. sounds awesome to me.Im glad u have the hps over ur plants ur main colas are going to reward u for this bro trust me. I used to drop cfls on my lower bud sites as well it all works out man... That shit is tight bro = reps for sure man.

The light socket to plug? at Home Depot, they're about $1.50 a piece. I stuck some Y splitters in there also to get the most out of em, and they're around 2.25 each at the depot. :weed:

Here they be, bout 4 weeks into flower.

They seemed to have some heat stress for about a week and a half ( we had some hot weather ), and they're starting to yellow also, so i gave them a little Grow Big this last watering.

They're buds are getting nice and juicy! hairs all over the place too! check em out :hump:

P.S. Some of the leaves are still curling in like a claw kinda, i think its from the heat, but if not, lemme know plz lol.

Eh stonedz whats up..Good to see u back around man..
I just had this problem with my leaves man..It's def. heat stress..Do whatever u can do to get some cool air in and vent the heat from ur hps.. Once u get this problem fixed it may take a few days but ur buds are going to react nicely..
Mine are filling up nicely and getting nice normal fan leaves on the colas again bro..

Sweet brotha, yea i was hoping they'd go back, we've just had some hot days here, with no way to cool it down enough. They've been between 76 degrees and 83 degrees being the hottest, luckily its been cooling down pretty good everyday. They're doing great other than that though, just get fatter and fatter everyday it seems, i fuckin love it! haha.

I'll get more pics up tomorrow, Lights just went off lol. :weed:
